Currently standing in line 3/10/25 8:12 pm. One register open with 7 customers in line. 2 other employees standing behind counter sorting hangers. Customers have buggies full of stuff and they are refusing to open another register. Customer service stinks x 10.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The lady was older with red hair and was so rude. She threw my bag on the counter and it hit me. You are in customer service why are you throwing things? I’m an employee at the other Burlington in Columbus and I tried to give my employee code and she said she couldn’t do it, so I tried using a picture of my card she said she couldn’t do it and I needed the physical copy. She had an attitude the entire time. I feel sorry for anyone who gets her as a cashier. It’s so disrespectful, and you chose to work in customer service if you don’t like your job or not able to be nice you shouldn’t work in a store.

This store is in such disarray. Very unorganized. Employees are unprofessional- yelling to one another across the store about a Mickey Mouse shirt. Oh, and PLEASE don’t go past the “red sign” at the checkout otherwise the lady at the register will yell at you. I didn’t realize it was that serious. I gotta move forward anyway, so maybe relax. Not that they care, but I definitely won’t be back in this cheap store.

This store was really a lot of fun to shop in. Despite the fact that it was close to Christmas and everyone was in there shopping for gifts; I was still able to move around the store with ease and found plenty of items to purchase.
