My wife attempted to shop for my 19 month old daughter yesterday evening. When entering she was asked 3-4 questions before her and my two daughters were barely in the door. The questions do fall in line with her being there to shop but the responses were very short and seemed to be steering her out of the store. My wife inquired about some items and at each point was told “ we don’t have that” without being presented any other options. So that prompted to her to leave. If the staff would’ve just allowed her to look around the store without being questioned maybe she would’ve made a purchase.

We came in and didn't get a welcome in, but, when the Caucasian/Hispanic lady came in; they welcomed them in and said hello. We did NOT get that. Will NOT be returning to this store.

Very nice staff at this location. I loved the way they handled my very busy grandson(in the display) while my daughter was shopping. As always the prices are good. There's usually good clearance items and the quality of the product ranks up there with the most durable!!!

absolutely the best customer service I went in there trying to find my daughter some jeans and they took the extra time to show me that there was more than one sizes and I finally got jeans to fit after 6 months and other shops not willing to help

Not crowded store easy to search for items as it's not congested. Also store is following guidelines to decrease COVID infections
