Put a portable bluray player on layaway late December, the fee was $12 I paid $40 to cover January. I go in to get it out and they have already pull it, charge me 33% of of the $40I paid restocking fee but didn't restock the item .

Worst place in Columbus Georgia!I bought a lawnmower Saturday, took it home and it didn't work. Tried to return it Next Business day and they would not refund me.No morals no decency. And I left the mower anyway so buyer beware.

I just went to pick up an item for pawn and had been inside 10 minutes. I was approached by female who was disgustingly rude and told me to wait outside and pointed out to me where the line was.There were four people that came in after me. If that's how they treat their customers I will pick my item up tomorrow and never come back. I drove all the way over there on my lunch break and now I'm coming back home without my item.

Purchased a ring and found out diamonds were not real. Instead of making it right, they offered for me to look in showcase and offer a discount on it. $465 down the drain, they will not honor their mistake. Will never go there again. They thought I would purchase another ring when they refused to refund money or make it right.
