Our son is a student and was in need of purchasing a tux for upcoming choral performances. We do not live in Columbus and happened upon Celebrate Tuxedos on a visit there. The manager Tiffany and the staff are so kind and friendly and went above and beyond in their efforts and delivered a perfectly fitting tux exactly as promised! We cannot say enough good things about the excellent customer service at Celebrate Tuxedos and highly recommend them!!

Everything was perfect. It you want a great tuxedo at a great price this is the place. They made sure we had everything on tume and it all fit. The groomsmen from out of town had all the pieces they needed. Great prices and styles for any occassion. This is my new go to place for events. Five stars!!

Tiffany is by far the most dedicated and helpful, caring associate I have come across. Celebrate Tuxedo not only helped with our wedding two years ago, but helped my son to look GQ for his Prom. Celebrate Tuxedo is very compassionate with helping you look you absolute best and do not break your pockets.

My brother is going to his first prom ever this season. Krista, Destiny, and Mr. Steve were beyond helpful. We placed the order Monday, and his prom is Saturday. They were able to rush his suit and he looks phenomenal. Any prom, or special occasion must be done here. We will be back!! Thank you thank you thank you!

For the most part the experience was amazing however I can't give 5 stars due to a mix up that costed me time, energy and most of all, money. The manager accidentally ordered my son's prom jacket in the wrong color resulting in us having to go back to the store again 2 days later and when the correct jacket came in we didnt like the tie it came with. It was a bow tie that was extremely large and oddly tied. We couldn't order a different tie because there wasn't enough time. There wouldve have been time if the correct jacket was ordered the first time but due to the manager ordering the wrong suit jacket we only had the store options to chose from and they had 1 black bow tie which didn't fit the look we were going for. Because of the color i couldnt find anything local and had to order 5 different options from online hoping onw would match. Again i had to purchase another tie (multiple actually) even though I already paid them for one that I couldn't use. For the inconvenience, the Manager who made the mistake offered an apology. I appreciate however i requested to speak with her about the lack of being able to order another tie and asked to speak with her to see if there was anything else thay could be done and of course i never heard from her. Again I appreciate the apology but that does nothing for the time I wasted having make an extra trip to the store as a result of someone else's mistake and most of all it doesnt cover the extra money thay i spent as a result of someone else's mistake. But outside of that the experience was good and the people outside of that mistake were great. Unfortunately, I just ignore the mistake that was made and the lack of options offered to truly make it right. If we were happy with the bow tie that came with the suit, an apology might have been sufficient but we weren't and outside of wasted time and gas, I had to purchase something that I had already paid them for. So some type of financial compensation should've been offered to remove the price of the bow tie even if it was 5 or 10 dollars.

Excellent customer service. My son rented his prom tux. He was nervous, but they helped him every step of the way. The process was efficient and easy from fitting to the return. I cannot say enough good things about this place.

I have been in many weddings over the past 20 or so years and Celebrate Tuxedos has been the most professional and easiest company to work with. I needed one major and one minor adjustment and they were able to fix everything and fitting perfect in plenty of time before the ceremony. If I could rate them higher, I would because they have great staff and even better customer service.

Price far exceeds the value. The rules for returning the tux are pretty ridiculous. After paying over $300, one would expect for the company to be a little less firm on their day after event return policy. Only to have a sheet of paper written out to acknowledge the return occurred is also in poor taste. (It was said that they lost the “yellow” copy of the order. Definitely going elsewhere next time.

Mrs. Tiffany went above and beyond helping me with getting my wedding party squared away! (I went with a custom tuxedo) The tuxes and suits came out looking amazing and if we shared that this or that worked us like the jacket looking huge on my son, she said quickly “We will fix this!” And even when we made last minute changes she accommodated us without any snarky remarks or being upset she was completely understanding! The customer service here is far more superior than others in Columbus, Ga. I went everywhere we even cancelled our deposits at another place and went here. We checked all places and at one place it took us 35 minutes to get a simple hello, but that took me going to the counter saying I need this shirt on display for them to say we don’t carry that! They even had better pricing for the same products! So let that tell you something as well! Highly recommend checking in with this team, you won’t be disappointed!

In the Bride's perspective, the overall experience was great, easy and straight forward. Nothing in Columbus, GA can match their available options, customer service skills and friendliness trying to find multiple tuxedos to rent for our groomsmen and family to wear with some customization to match our wedding colors. We'll be coming back.

Overall experience was great! At first my husband and I were concerned with the fit of the pants. However, Steve was very helpful and listened to all of our concerns. When my husband came back for his second fitting we were really pleased with the modifications that were made.
