Paid for a 16 piece family.meal, only got 12 pieces, manager was right there said my order was ready. Only got 4 biscuits when I should have gotten 8. I ordered 3 sides plus small coleslaw and a half gal . Was told I had to wait 20 minutes for white, meat, non spicy available. Also there was no unsweetened tea, or Mac and cheese , online app didn't specify order was not in stock. Bottom line, I paid $58, for only 12 pieces, Not 16. Some money should be replaced or I will contact my bank. A family of 7 is unhappy tonight, ???♀️02-26-2024 Update:Churches Texas Chicken update, after first review, Manager and Miss Lakisha; Corporate office. Turned a negative outcome of my last visit onto a positive one. That meant a lot to an already hectic day for me. They gave me the four pieces of chicken that was missing from my previous order of 16 piece family meal, and a large drink Also the amazing customer service was far more memorable than the last. A little compassion, and kindness goes much further than being offended. It certainly changes outcome of situations. Thanks again Churches Texas Chicken, you made my day.??

Church,s use to be a great place to dine at,, the biggest problem I have with there food is,, they don't season the chicken anymore,, I've tried maybe 4 or 5 stores in my area and they all are the same way...

I ordered online and they cooked the chicken just as I walked in the door so UT was fresh and hot. Poppers are good but the mashed potatoes tasted more like instant. Service was quick and friendly.

01/24/2022Has gone downhill over the years, definitely not the same.Terminate the entire crew starting from the top.They are unprofessional, functionally illiterate & incompetent.Food majority of the time is stale & cold.DO NOT tirade customers about their order, it's THEIR MONEY!Enter order EXACTLY as requested.Make sure their order is sufficiently fulfilled.IT'S SIMPLE!When you screw up an order and the customer brings it to your attention, There's NO reason to have a bad attitude nor be combative about it.Promptly & Politely rectify the issue.IT'S SIMPLE!Folks work hard for their money.Customers deserve a GREAT restaurant experience=GOOD SVS, CLEANLINESS, QUALITY FRESH HOT FOOD.?Won't EVER return to location 1122 Fort Benning Rd, Columbus, GA 31903 ?LOW HEALTH INSPECTION SCORE 80 BFILTH ?PHOTO ATTACHED

Today my experience was phenomenal I'm glad that it's finally going under new management!! I definitely could tell the difference the food was fresh and hot. The young lady that was in the drive-thru was super sweet they were extremely busy so sometimes it takes a little bit to get your food but it's well worth it!!

A male was at the drive thru. Took advantage of me . Knowing I was on the phone. Did not give me my debit card back. Later there was an unauthorized charge on my card. I had to shut my card down. This person is practicing fraud. I plan to talk with the manager. They have no even updated their number on the website. It keeps saying invalid number. Cooperate need to know about this.
