Fountain Drink area always wet from spilled drinks, constantly out of xl cups, and waits too long to have CO2 tank refilled. Loud music, employees failing dress code and on their phones a lot.

One of the worst Circle Ks in Columbus. Add the loitering & shootings & horrible (racist) manager and the lack of gas at the pumps. I have boycotted this gas station ⛽️ for the last year so far. Horrible Customer service, long lines, dirty floors? FYI the air pump takes air outta ya tires it only works when it wants too. Reese Rd & Floyd Rd are a better option and cheaper gas for whatever reason. I wish they hurry and open the new gas station on Forrest! Can’t happen soon enough

Sign advertised $3.09 per gallon got to the pump and it was $3.19 per gallon. I tried to get a receipt said I had to go inside and get it. The store clerks are too lazy to put paper in the machines. I'll never go there again

Ice machine kept nasty on the inside, might be mold. Get a cup of straight ice, let it melt & it's disgusting to drink. You won't notice if u have soda or just eat the ice alone.. let ur ice melt then taste the disgust.... Happened twice!!!! No good! Thanks.

I had the most horriffic experience. I only wanted to get gas with the circle k gift card so that I could save a few pennies. I didn't realize circle k was so gutter. No working pay at pump. Not one pump. The guy working the register was on the phone talking about how he don't play games. I reentered the store to load the gift card. I reentered the store to pay for gas. I reentered the store because the discount was not applied. I was told that I could call a number on the back of the card. I reentered the store again because the pump would not pump my gas. I will never in my life stop and spend one penny here again. The cashier shrugged his shoulders at everything he did not know how to do/fix. Good luck shoppers. Only gave one star because I could not give less than that.

Employee told me today sorry sir..you cant use your fuel rewards card here..this is NOT a shell store...there is a picture of the fuel rewards card on every pump!

I am here right now I got to the store around 9:35 I was the first one in the door the last one to leave it took my gas 20 minutes to pump and no one Said nothing to me or even apologize the lady who seemed to be in charge she didn't even seem to care

I was refused service today because I did not have an ID with me I was not purchasing alcohol or tobacco. I was buying a Thirst Buster and some candy. what's really going on at this store? what kind of policy is this what purpose does it serve
