I have been coming to this circle k for two years never had a problem the staff they know of me see me every day to every other day. I come to buy gas of course but mostly ice, snicker bars etc. the staff even know what I get faithfully even the newer staff. I always paid for my things , never had a problem for anything nor worry about price, So numerous staff members stated to me that If I by chance have my cups I could bring in to get ice. No charge due to me bringing my cup, So when I’m coming from work I don’t have cups to get ice , I still pay for my ice, once a while during the weekend I’m off I would gather the cups I paid for during the week and go get some ice and that I don’t do often . So Sunday August the 4th I had my cups from the week and I went into the store spoke both ladies seen me come in with my cups one young lady know and seen me plenty of times and know what I come to get especially if I’m bringing my cups. Seen me fill my cups with ice and no one said anything then on my way out I says bye to the young lady then rude Shyanne (don’t know if it spelled correctly) says you have to pay for them now I was in my moomoo and didn’t have my wallet due to the fact no one and I mean no one ever said anything about me coming in with my cups and that rarely when I do. So I said when did that start because I never had a problem before. Then asked her who was she because I know majority of the people that works there. Shyanne says she is the manager and been there for a month I stated I never seen you before but I have never had a problem in getting ice matter of fact I always paid for my ice your staff members stated I could do that. She says no you have to pay, I said there’s no sign up and you watched me fill them cups up bag and walk straight towards the door . I clearly stated I live down the street I’ll be back. So with that all being said I go into there today August 8th to buy my ice and pay for the others I get my ice go to the register two of the staff members that knows me said hi talk to me like we usually do. One I known for awhile had stated the manager Shyanne banned me??? Huh??? Ummm I spend my money every day and you band me from your unprofessional mishap. I would do all my best to report how rude and unprofessional she weee. This could have went another way. If you want to stop something there should be a sign of some sort . I am not the only person that have came in the store with cup that I have not had that problem in no other circle k in Columbus ga, I was embarrassed and very upset. She had made this store points go down fast. Get her unprofessional rudeness out of there. So much money a day I spend in there I have never never in my life be band from a damn gas station. Something will give. me. I work a good damn job for my money and not cheap at all to be treated like some dame criminal for some damn ice

Just like any other Circle K. Maybe a little cleaner though because every time I go in there an employee is sweeping, mopping, or wiping stuff down.

Yeah, we'll never be back again. This used to be one of the best all-nighter stores around. The employees were fun, laughed a lot and took pride in their customer care. Whoever the store Rep was tonight was rude and careless. I asked if she was OK, that it seemed like she was having a rough night and if so, I'm sorry and hope it gets better. She said "oh, I am having a great night". Just cold and rude. However, treated others nicer and dignified. Wonder why.

Circle k is always convenient for me with lots of locations and plenty of variety in the store of snacks drinks and coffee. The gas is usually less than most other stations.

They need to fix there hot chocolate machine this is apart of the winter every one needs a little hot chocolate love.

This is probably the last location in my local area where Circle K has a fully functioning car wash. Just about every other one is not working or closed, maybe due to they're just too lazy to fix it.

Used to be the best place in town for diesel. Really gone downhill. Pumps are dirty and painfully slow or broken.

Cashier wouldn't start the pump requesting me to stand in a 8 person line after I had already paid equipment was twisted caused the wrong gas to be selected when removing pump handle
