I went into Walmart on victory drive recently to order a cake for my mothers birthday. I called before hand and the person to answer and tell to come in and order the cake was Rhonda, the head of the Bakery. When I went inside and she noticed who I was, she didn't awknowledge me or my boyfriend, she didn't even look my way anymore she went inside and told the gentleman that works there to tell me that they were no longer making any more cakes and that the bakery was now closed at that time. That very same day not even an hour later, my sister calls and she gets the same response " you have to come in and order your " She went in and ordered the cake no problem. The thing is you don't mix your personal life with your work life. It is very unprofessional. She did not have to deny my customer service or lie to me about the bakery being closed. That's very petty and childish to do at 60 years old.

Baebae Walmart y’all need to change things back like it was with real cashiers these new machines are awful I guess the computers r down none of the check out r accepting cash elderly ppl not knowing how to work and scan their groceries this is a total disaster you don’t know where to stand cuz there’s opening to self checkout everywhere some lights work some don’t me and a guy ended up at the same checkout he said u go ahead I said ty this is to confusing

Fun waiting for over an hour for grocery pickup because no one wanted to come out in the rain. Then have the employee throw everything into my trunk because she was upset about having to come out. Thanks!
