My wife went for curb side pickup at her time between 5 and 6 and didn't leave till 2 hours later without the groceries we have already paid for, they just NEVER brought them out. I have called and called but no one is picking up the phone so I can get a refund. What gives?

It's the best Walmart in Columbus, has lots of specialty items the other Walmarts in town do not have. I like the new home goods section too

The last few times I've come for a pick up order they have thrown everything on top of the bread. One of the times they took off with one of my items and I had to get refunded for it. I used to like this one better but as of late it's no good for pick up orders.

Y'all got some thieves working for y'all. Ain't no way in hell you forget 9 damn bags of food.

DO NOT SHOP HERE AND NEVER DO WALMART PICKUP HERE!! They have the worst and most incompetent customer service I’ve ever encountered and the dumbest system for curbside pickup. Someone lied and marked my order as picked up when I NEVER received it so when I went in store to try to get a refund, no one could help me or knew what to do. I wanted it returned as a gift card so I could use it to towards another purchase without having to wait 10 business days for a credit card return and not only were they completely unhelpful and unable to offer me any resolution, I wasted 30 minutes of my time waiting for someone to even help me. I will NEVER, EVER use Walmart pick there again or shop there. The manager also was no help and ignored me when I called the Walmart customer service to speak with them on how to assist me in store since they didn’t know what they were doing. THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN AT TARGET…

The store itself is nice, which is why I gave it two stars rather than 0/1, but the Grocery Pick Up is a NIGHTMARE. So many times my order is not ready in time, and then once it finally is, I end up waiting outside for almost an hour to be able to get it. I suggest you DO NOT do Walmart grocery pick up here!

The pickup orders always run so behind. I've had my order delayed multiple times and even when they said it was ready for pickup, I was still waiting for hours.

Store is dirty. It has.no power and randomly closes. Rude employees. 9ff to Tractor Suppy I go. Walmart will be a last resort for now on.
