I would give it a zero but it's not possible. They had our sons car for nearly 5 weeks. They don't communicate with you They don't answer there phone and anytime you go to their shop the out to lunch sign is in the window. Please avoid this business at all cost. Next time I'll wait for another business.

My car was hit by another vehicle and the other persons insurance, Progressive, advised me to take it here the following morning. That same afternoon I called the repair shop, no answer. I take my car in the morning and the receptionist advises me that she told Progressive she was waiting for the shopowners approval and I couldn’t leave it. Frustrated, I go home and call Progressive and told that the shopowner agreed to handle my repair and the receptionist must not have read the email. Later on that day I take my car and advise that I saw some other damages that were unnoticed before so a supplemental check was requested . Instead of replacing the bumper a terrible repair job was done. The surface was not flush, the paint job had black markings and the seam was cracking. The back window was supposed to be replaced which is what the supplement check was for. I emailed the repair shop about the poor repair and included photos. The owner responded and said she would take care of it and once her glass guy gave her a date to replace the window, she’d contact me. This was in June. I have called several times and emailed as well. No response. Now I have to make a dispute with my insurance and have the work redone. I am completely disappointed with this company. I didn’t on’t recommend them to anyone. Progressive was just as bad.Services: Body & Trim

They painted half the car didn’t put ground effects kit on car like they said. I-picked it up after 8 weeks and I had to take it back home to install kit. Then when i was done she said bring it back on the 6th after having to ride over there because she wouldn’t answer phone. So I took it to her like I was told then what she already charged me wanted to recharge me again. On top of that they didn’t paint trunk, hood or door Jams. James would of been extra I was told after the 3200 she charged already no clear on the top part he painted yet ether. I was doing it for my wife as a gift and we both were very disappointed. Oh yea and one of the wheels came off as well, while going down hyw.

They do great work at a reasonable price. It may not be the cheapest, but they do the work properly and with great quality.

Talk about excellent service and customer service! Cindy went above and beyond for me to get my SUV back in time before I left town! Even staying late on Friday evening well after business hours! Communication was excellent the entire duration for keeping me up to date on timelines. If we back up a minute, I knew this was the shop for me because Cindy didn't want to take my money when I originally wanted the entire truck painted and she pointed out that the factory paint was still very good and just needed a good buffing and that she pointed out areas that needed attention. Asked what my budget was and we were set from there. I highly recommend this shop! You can be like me and check out the budget body shops but once you see their finished products in the parking lot, you will see you get what you pay for! I'm so happy that I was referred to Collision Surgeons of Columbus and that Cindy was so easy to work with! It's also nice to know they stand behind their work if you have any issues!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give zero stars I would. 1. When I called to get a quote over the phone the woman had a rude and impatient disposition. 2. I got lost while driving to the location because THEY DID NOT HAVE A VISIBLE SIGN. I had to contact the owner for further instructions. When I arrived she said "You didn't see our sign". I said no that's impossible for anyone to see. 3. I'm 20 and in college, foreign to Columbus GA, a fairly new car owner, and the business owner was impatient and unclear about the service she would be providing for my car. 4. They never gave me a definite appointment on the date and time to drop off of my car. No appointment card, no email, nothing. 5. When we finally spoke of a date, I had to make a confirmation call that my car would be serviced. 6. The morning of my car drop off, I had to turnover the liability of my car to their business neighbor. Primarily because the person they promised would be there to pick up my car was not. 7. The owner proceeded to cusrse me out on the phone (calling me an A$$) because I said they have terrible customer service.

I am a repeat customer. Besides the quality of work that Collision Surgeons of Columbus does at reasonable price, Cindy and her team excel in customer care, communication and service that goes beyond the expected. I highly recommend!

A lot of attention to detail. Quality of work was great and l always look for that. But what I liked the most was the personal involvement, quality service, willingness to do what needs to be done to please the customer even if they have to come after duty hours to take care of you. This is the place to get great quality service at great value. Thank for taking care of me.
