If I could gave this a 00000 I will ,this boost and the on Manchester are all owned by LULU !!!!! She is so bad at customer service she is always rude for no reason like if you like the job don’t own the place it is like making it look bad for boost mobile at this point, when you get a phone with make sure to look at your plan because it will go up for no reason she did a upgrade on me my phone bill went from $60 to $72 why is that ?? She will not sell the phones with at the phone cases at all like if I don’t like the case than I don’t have to buy it and don’t be rude when I say no thank you … the day I went in she had 4 customers mad at her because of their phone bills going up when they not want to change the phone plan … she’ is always talking down on you like you are a no one why would you do that when your job is customer service don’t like it just sell the place… I went there for help on my phone all she said was cal 611 so they can help you we can’t help with that but I got the phone from her store DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!! DO IT ONLINE

The place is a disaster. The owner Lulu is the worst with no type of customer service or mannerisms skill. She likes to take advantage of people for there money. So if you need a Boost store go online. Do not waster your time or money on people who don't deserve it.
