“These folks will bend over backwards to help with any issues you have. They are willing to do minor fixes to my various Apple devices quickly. I only had to pay for one fix and it was not expensive. I brought an old iphone se in today that I could not get to reset for turn in. I was out in 3 minutes. My car would not start after leaving and one of the employees saw my dilemma and came out to help. Love these guys!”

“I had a very frustrating physical issue with my laptop. Something I caused by opening it they could not have been nicer the young man I wish I had his name was so nice. He did not judge me and took it to the back and didn’t even charge me. Because literally it just had to be screwed together properly. I will forever use IHS for anything including cell phone repair, which I did not realize they have.
It’s like when a doctor says you can either have surgery with him or you can go to another route with a different type of Dr. You trust that person forever when somebody turns down an opportunity to get a little money —-same with IHS.
