Went in to look at a product they had in stock. Dude behind the counter didn’t greet us and when I wanted to look at the product, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. I showed him a message I received from the company stating the prices and he said “Well, we don’t have that do we?” So why do you have the same model, but I was quoted $250 and you said $500? Keep with what you tell the customer and honor what was said in a proven text. Only nice thing was I was offered a protective part for the product. Not sure if I want to return. I have three jobs and have plenty of money, but not to put in the pocket of a guy who had no wanting to help at all.
