CrossFit Sacrifice is the oldest running CrossFit box in the Columbus, GA and Ft. Benning area. It is an amazing gym with a great community, built by amazing owners and coaches who are welcoming, friendly, kind, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The team consists of experienced, passionate experts with unsurpassed talent and knowledge, offering outstanding classes and a super clean training facility with very good hours. Coaches provide great coaching, break down each workout, and offer modifications for all skill levels in a great atmosphere. It is an awesome gym with great people, changing the way people workout and offering a great experience.

Allowed me to drop in last minute when out of town. Had all of the equipment that I couldn't pack because I flew into town, and the coaches were super welcoming! Plenty of space, great equipment, and great energy at classes

Started doing CrossFit not too long ago, Simply put Awesome Gym, great people, great coaches. CrossFit has definitely changed the way I workout.
