damn ......where do i begin. having been to many pharmacies throughout my life , i can't remember anything like this before. the service lines are dreadfully long inside or out. you can get pregnant and go full term and deliver in the drive thru...& still be three cars from the window. the line is soo long inside it almost goes to front registers. you could come in here six months old and needing something for diaper rash and by the time you get up to the counter you're gonna need Alzheimer's medication instead.

This store is super convenient for me so I'm shopping here regularly, but I'm at the point where I don't want to shop CVS anymore. Im not sure if every store does it now but lately, this store has started watching us as we do the self checkout; and I mean like standing right beside us as we check out. While I understand why, it's still super uncomfortable for those of us who don't steal (and probably for your employees, too). If CVS is paying their employee to stand there and watch us do self check out, might I suggest CVS get rid of self checkout and just do a normal checkout? It would definitely make your customers who don't steal feel more comfortable.. before you lose us all. Just a thought.

I usually use Walmart Pharmacy for prescriptions but now they do not accept my father's insurance. I called to see if this Pharmacy accepts my dad's insurance and they said they did and could transfer my prescription over to them. (That lady was very helpful and nice on the phone) I went to the pharmacy about 45 min later to check the status and was told it was not transferred over yet. I explained to the pharmacist that this prescription was for an antibiotic that the urgent care prescribed and that my father really needed it. She said that it would more "likely" be ready in 72 hrs. Unacceptable! I then went back to urgent care and asked them to send the prescription to the Macon Rd CVS location. The prescription was ready within 15 minutes and whole staff was so nice and helpful!

This pharmacy doesn't answer their phone. I've called numerous times and no one ever answers. Take your business elsewhere.

Family member is sick and needs meds that RXd to her at the urgent care. Bear in mind this was not our first choice and it won’t be next time either. Lady the pharmacy window said, “I’m sorry we close in ten minutes. Let me ask her back here” ( guessing she is the boss). That being said the boss lady said, “I guess we can…”Say what?!?! You’re still open. The meds are right behind you. Do your job for ten more minutes. I wouldn’t really care if y’all were just fat food place. Geez!!!

Wish I could find one good thing to say about this particular CVS pharmacy, but I’m at a loss for words.Do yourself a favor, and take your pharmacy business somewhere else.

Sent in a photo order for pick up Sunday and I was notified that it was ready Monday morning. I went to pick up Monday at 2 and they can’t find my order in the system. Don’t go through the hassle of getting photos here. Very frustrating. Don’t waste your time here go to Walgreens. That’s what I should’ve done in the first place.

I rarely shop here because of the extremely high prices. But it’s close to my house so when I was sick with bronchitis I decided to stop in and get some cough syrup. I found a two bottle pack that was on sale for $19.99. The sale prices were all prominently displayed on the shelves, unbeknownst to me those prices were only for people with CVS cards which I do not have because like I said I rarely shop here because of the high prices. So when I got to the register and the cashier rang up the purchase it was $27.49! For two bottles of cough syrup! When I questioned the price she told me only people with the CVS cards get the sale price. I did not want to sign up for a CVS card because it’s something I just don’t need and I don’t want to put all my personal information in with my email and my phone number and all that. So I walked out and went to Walmart which has much better prices for the same items. I don’t understand the CVS marketing strategy to deny people who don’t shop there that frequently and don’t have a CVS card the benefit of getting the sale price; you would think they would want those customers to get the sales price so they would come back! I will not be going back in there if I can help it.

Self check out is fast, the free money is great, hours are convenient and this location is wonderful.

Don't even try to call the pharmacy, they never answer, you literally going to have to go in the store to handle your issues and stand in line for 20 mins, smh
