Don’t order treadmills and pay for setup and delivery. They have a contract with a Rude third party vendor with awful customer service.. Almost a month and still have not received my PAID for treadmill. They have already rescheduled twice.

Haven't been there since they stopped carrying firearms and ammunition. Today I had an issue and the customer service and management staff quickly resolved the pricing error in a prompt and professional manner. It's nice to see that great customer service hasn't been phased out.

Casey in the Footwear department is awesome. I came in today and asked to check out a lot of shoes, and he helped me out the entire time. He recommended some Asics and that's what I ended up going with. He was super nice with a great attitude the entire time.

The young lady Ms. Natalya was so helpful and polite and very nice. She welcomed me into the store and took care of me and ring me up and it's didn't take long at all. She let me know that the merchandise l was buying had went down. So I brought 3 ball cap. And 2 Adidas hoodies. I just wanted to tell her thank you soooooo much for your help and just keep up the good work.??????

I have had an "Error Authenticating" issue for weeks now when trying to use their mobile app via my cell phone. I have been in touch with their customer service department via email since the issue started and they have sent numerous emails saying they are working on it and then that it is resolved but it is not. I have not been able to take advantage of the promotions that were going on. I can use my cellphone for most other businesses, apps, and orders with no problems.

I was just in this afternoon searching for something to relieve my sciatica pain. I was promptly welcomed and pointed at in the direction of my options. As I limped that way… I discovered a whole line of “Trigger point” brand products (much more than your competitors!). My apology for not catching the employee’s name who helped me at the door. I was at academy and the greeter didn’t know the store layout. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return. Thanks!!! ?????

An associate named Colton helped me when I came into the store with my 4 boys . He even sat on the floor with my 3 year old son and helped him try on different shin guards until we found the right ones. He was so sweet and patient, thank you
