I can’t say enough good things about the incredible team at Discount Tire in Columbus, GA! During my visit, they went above and beyond to ensure my car was in top shape. When my low tire pressure light came on, they not only checked and adjusted my air pressure but also discovered that one of my tires was installed the wrong way—something I never would have noticed on my own! They quickly fixed it, rotated all my tires, and even replaced my windshield wiper blades, all at a very reasonable price. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care left me feeling confident and safe on the road. I highly recommend their exceptional service to everyone!

The best service I have ever received. I had to drop my car off in the middle of the night due to hitting something on the highway. I had to drop it off and wouldn't Be able to get the car till after work. Just amazing when you're in a bind and need trustworthy help. Thank you so much to this team.

I recently went to discount tire’s open a new account ordered a set of run flat tires (RFT). The sales person told me there Wednesday (4 days) I called on Thursday and no tires. This sales person tried to sell me a different tire brand that were not RFT. He proceeded to tell me how bad RFT were and nobody really liked them. Really????? RFT come standard on a lot of cars but your rep knows more than the auto manufacturers. Almost 10 days after I ordered my tires I got and email advising me that two tires had arrived. I’m glad this played out like this as I got a better tire from Firestone and a better deal. Thank Firestone

This has been the easiest tire purchase I have ever made. My appointment was 8:15am, got there at 8:05 and they were waiting on me. Went straight in the shop and 35 minutes later I was driving home. Best experience in Columbus, GA for tires.

I have purchased 4 sets of tires at Discount. I have NEVER had any issues. My only suggestion is for Discount to install speed bumps in order to slow down the drivers using the parking lot as a cut through.

I had a warranty for Michelin tires I wanted to redeem and this was the only place who knew how to do that. I appreciate the customer service and accuracy of the process the front desk had since two other places I went to (also Michelin dealers) claimed they “didn’t know how to redeem a warranty.” Thank you for making the process seamless and I got the tires same day.

Love this location, every employee is a hard worker, respectful. They get very busy and stay cool, calm and collective. I take the 40 minute drive just because I know they’ll take care of my needs.
