So the one and only time I come to this Dollar general it's 11:13 on a Tuesday I believe and they're just straight up close they don't say why they're closed after about 10 minutes of knocking on the door and employee came up to us and just shook his head no explanation no nothing probably because they don't have any employees to begin with One employee usually runs the whole store and this is just beyond the pale I've never been here before but why would you just have your Dollar general just closed.

Horrible ppl working here. I wasn't even allowed to come inside the store before a woman comes out screaming telling me to leave taking pics of my vehicle and refusing to give me any reason why. She better hope she does not get me locked up or something crazy like that cuz she will lose her job along with other things

Again on October 8th.. went to the store.. it was closed, locked with several customers outside. I went across the street with everyone else eventually. They rude on most days but I called because I live in the neighborhood but I was asked who I am when I simply asked if they are open or not I told her that I’m a reviewer and she said she doesn’t answer to me..😂🙄I brought a sports bra to go underneath a semi see through shirt… I never got to wear the bra with the shirt because it broke.. seam separated from the material before I could put it on. It was just days ago so I rummaged for the receipt only to be told they don’t take returns? I left a complaint on BBB site and plan on calling corporate cause I got another sports bra from a competitor and it’s fine. I want my money back

Terrible!! Me and my son was in there tonight he was Holding a Ball she yelled from across the store “I hope you paying for that” okay so not a problem .. then I feel like every single aisle we went on she watched us or followed us. She is super rude and very unprofessional. She also told my son AYE GET UP to the front and pay for that drink .. he was holding a drink . So when we get up
To the check out she tells the Cashier “Aye make sure them kids pay for them drinks” I told her oh we are , first in for most we arnt thieves we don’t steal and if we did baby it wouldn’t be out of dollar general .. also she needs to worry about them two workers in there walking around in black socks which is a health code violation you need close toe shoes . Pay attention to your workers and not paying customers!

The lady here I guess who was the manager on duty is rude very rude. I was in the store browsing through coupons so of course I was in the store for about 15 mins. Usually I do my shopping with the deals dg has every week. Well unfortunately I wasn’t able to do it at this location because I felt rushed also felt like I was being watched. Every aisle I went on she came on, or soon as I walked off that aisle she was popping her head in on it. After I noticed that she asked if I needed help which I declined. Then I asked if my daughter who is 6 could use one of the restrooms, which they have two at this location. She proceeded to tell me both of them were out of order. Fine okay. I noticed there was another lady in the store who has been in there about the same time and I asked her if she was asked if she needed any help which of course she wasn’t I was just curious. I believe she was the manager on shift today but the way she runs that store is terrible. She makes customers feel uneasy and uncomfortable shopping there because no one wants to be watched and followed. When I spoke about how I felt she ignored my concerns and brushed me off but continued to follow me all the way out the door right after I left the register paying for my items. I would of returned everything but I had my daughters with me & decided not to cause a fuss with them because of this. With her knowing nothing was stolen she didn’t even apologize for treating someone like that. They didn’t care, the next lady that came in that was only buying bread. Her & her cashier yelled across the store telling her to bring her bag upfront in front of the whole store like she was going to stick the bread in her bag. She was already walking to the register to pay for it. They gone end up losing a lot of customers. They don’t even deserve that one star

These stars are for the manager, Dayla! She is the kindest woman on the planet! Always so helpful and sweet. This woman deserves a raise! I only gave 4 stars because she needs help. I often find her in there with no other help. Please hire more people to help!

I felt like I was fighting the devil the whole time I was in there. I have never stepped foot in this location until today to pick up an dash order. The manager bless her heart but Dollar general why do y'all have her stressing over theft at the store when y'all can simply hire someone to control that or close the location. She will get hurt if she keeps doing what she does trying to please corporate about theft at this location do better before it's too late bad spirits all in this location

This store used to be so much better. Now the management has changed and it gone down hill. There is trash everywhere outside. I guess they change landscapers as well it looks like that hasn't been done in months. The new manager hides in the office and won't come out. Such a shame.

Had to shop out of boxes on the floor ..then had to ask them to stop watching a video an check me out so I could leave ..an seems like when we go threw town there three is always someone begging for money outside

Poor customer service at its best. There were two associates working at this location. One associate was stocking and the other was in the back watching customers on the camera (per the front associate). Nobody was working the register and had to wait for the associate to come out and ring my up my purchase. Will not come back to location again.
