Absolutely no customer service I need a phone from the case and the lady said I locked my keys in the bathroom so I have to come back tomorrow. Just very rude and wanting to only help the people with same skin color first making white people in line making them wait.
Also told another customer that the store had cut her hours.

Rude and very poor customer service. Employees coming into work high as a kite and wanting to start fights. I would not be going back there til that employee is fired and that the female manager is fired. On top of it the employee was doing all of that in front of my son and being rude to my son when we were in the store.

Normally pretty good in Friendly staff but you shouldn't lock the doors at 9:50 when you close at 10:00

The store is poorly kept and the Employee Caucasian Lady Stout with long hair has the NASTIEST attitude! I tried to return a product to their filthy store and was told I'd need to go to the out of town store to return the merchandise.

I’ve come here a few times because it’s closer here than Walmart. Every time I go to this location, the black females are very unfriendly, have attitudes, NEVER EVER greet customers, and they are not approachable at all. Today was my last time going to Dollar General as I can receive better customer service at Walmart for the money I’m spending.

Store doors locked at 9:50 on 1/16/23. Husband stood outside to waiting on door to open. When door open employees leaving to place bags of dg items in personal vehicle to return into store telling my husband they were closed. Locked doors returned inside store.

This place is really good considering the lack of staff when I went a few times. Most of the store was clean with a few wrappers on the ground but the staff did offer to help find things for me multiple times.
