So I guess the store just closes and locks their doors 5-10 minutes early and when staff sees you at the store during operational hours they just point to their wrist and continue walking by the door. Hopefully management sees this and reiterates that the store doesn't close when the staff feels like closing. You never know if someone is a secret shopper or someone from corporate but I guess the staff doesn't really care.

Staff is very rude then sometimes they close 30.min before stated time on door and if you get there 20 mins before closing they are very clean on you need to get and go it could be a little more professional and staff is one off the rudest in town out of all dollar stores also it always just dirty looking but is my favorite location because that always have items others don't

Just wanted to let Dollar Tree know that they had a gem of a Employee and Manager in Ms. Ruth.We were trying to purchase a large quanity of glasses for a function ( 170) Ms. Ruth assisted us in our efforts by notifying us when they were avaliable and even went the extra mile to aquire glasses from other Dollar TreesAs a past employee at companies that pride themselves on customer service....I. really appreciate her work ethic and efforts/attempts on maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

Store was out of stock of a few things and they only had 1 register open. I gave 4 stars because Kelvin, the cashier, was so polite and kept a great attitude. The manager was rude and didn’t even listen to a question he asked but he was still smiling and worked as quickly as he could.

So, there was 1 cashier with a line down the aisle. When the old lady finally came up front to help the young girl, she opened a 2nd register for the next customer in line. That's me. The old lady just walked back to the back of the store without ringing my items up. After waiting for so long already, with other things to do, it did tick me off. People don't have time to waste. So I will be calling corporate now.

Me and my family were so impressed with the cleanliness and the organization of the store! I would recommend anyone to that store and I don’t usually say that about dollar tree stores. We found everything we needed and wanted from that store. Keep up the good work and will definitely visit that dollar store more often!

So, there was 1 cashier with a line down the aisle. When the old lady finally came up front to help the young girl, she opened a 2nd register for the next customer in line. That's me. The old lady just walked back to the back of the store without ringing my items up. After waiting for so long already, with other things to do, it did tick me off. People don't have time to waste. I like that I can take the shopping cart out of this one. They are out of 2021 calendars, which is what I went for tonight. I knew I should have got one earlier in the year. Did you guys know they have artificial flowers? A pretty good selection also. I also love the 2 for a dollar greeting cards.
