Ordered for a Valentine's day delivery. It never came, and I have not gotten a reason it wasn't delivered. Can't get anyone at this store to answer a phone, call back, or reply to a message

If I could give them a 0, I would. Nothing against the staff. They couldn’t make my order for valentine’s which is fine. They offered a refund which was fine as well. The corporate number doesn’t work. They don’t reply to emails and the store does not pick up the phone. Terrible customer service. Not the staff’s fault. They were nice.

paid $49.66 for a order I never received and couldn't reach anyone nor got a call back about it. I had to call my bank to dispute charges. Thanks for nothing!

If I could give this store and the communication given a negative rating, I would. I have ordered from this store in the past and never had an issue but for some reason this was my lucky year. I placed an order about 10 days prior to delivery date and never received my delivery. I have called this store multiple times, left messages and I have sent an online inquiry through customer service and called the 800 customer support line and all were a fail. However, if you ask for an update, I’m told my item was delivered (lies). I’m highly disappointed in my experience and will not be using them in future. I’d rather buy a fruit tray from the grocery store.

I placed an order on January 30th 2024 for my valentines item to be delivered on February 14th 2024 still my item has not been delivered this is very unacceptable I no longer want it anymore & would like a refund I have tried reaching out to you all for 2 days now no answer have left voicemails but no one has returned my phone call

Placed a valentines order for my wife last week. It was not delivered. I couldn't get anyone on the phone at the store, the automated tracking system was down, and online tracking said my arrangement hasn't even been started. Will NEVER order from them again.

Never again will I use this company! Employees are rude! Placed my order 2 days ago for pick up today and we've been here an hr waiting! The manager or cooperate need to get this store in line!!

Paid for same day delivery and they didn’t deliver. Called 2 days later and they claimed they couldn’t find the address and that they would deliver the next afternoon. They still haven’t delivered my order, called, or issued a refund. I would giveZero stars if I could.

If I could give 10 stars I would. BEST experience I’ve had in a long time. Amazing customer service. Amazing products. Carla, the new manager of the store was an absolute pleasure to work with. and Kaitlyn the kitchen manager made the cutest arrangements I’ve ever seen! I will always go to edible arrangements for my dipped fruit. It’s under new management now (Carla) and has made and absolutely incredible impact on this store compared to even just a few months ago.
