This is the only location that I use, because of the customer service. Shay and Brittany are both very professional and amazing to work with they’re very accommodating, helpful, and very friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience here and would recommend this location to any and everyone. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!

I've been using this specific Enterprise for the past year and a half and Shay and Brittany plus staff has been exceptionally great to me and my family's needs. Very fast, organized and convenient. I saw them serve at least 20 people in 6 mins. My cars are always clean and ready to go. Gots to love these people.

Perfect CUSTOMER CARE! Shay and Brincy know what it takes to make a customer happy! ”THEY GET THE ASSIGNMENT! They provide respectful information to customer with patience. Although, they are always busy when I go in, as I wait, I have never heard them speak in a condescending manner as I have heard and been treated at other Enterprise locations. Although this location is farthest from my home base, I prefer to be inconvenienced to know the level of flawless excellent care I will receive when I get there. They make enterprise look good and I hope that they are being rewarded in a big way. My next message is to Corporate.

The only reason I gave this place one star is because of Brittany the assistant manager. Had it not been for her, I would have given this place 0 stars. I booked a reservation at this location and they gave the vehicle that I reserved to a customer who came in after me. The manager, Brancy, was very rude and so unprofessional. The customer service was awful and the other employee and manager need lessons on manners and how to treat people with respect. I will NEVER return to that location again. It's not Enterprise as a whole company just that particular location.

Shay made renting a vehicle very easy. She actually made the process stress free. This young lady is very knowledgeable. Her customer service is absolutely fantastic.

This is not against S.lumpkin rental but Enterprise across Columbus...... on 3 separate occasions NO ENTERPRISE in COLUMBUS,GA has had a car for me to rent I will never come back for a car from you all....... thanks #GOHERTZ

I tried calling this location, (706) 689-0896, 3 times. The first 2 times, I was hung up on by a female. The 3rd time, I was n hold for 37 minutes. I then contacted 1-855-266-9565 and spoke to a representative. He informed me that a vehicle would be ready for me to pick up at 2 PM. I called Uber, got a ride to the South Lumpkin Enterprise location, and had to wait behind one customer. After that customer left, I gave the representative my reservation number, and she told me that they would not have a vehicle ready until Monday. So now I am stuck here at this location with my wife and my grandson. Thanks, Enterprise

Our RV broke down in Columbus, GA. They got us a good deal on a rental so we coukd go home. Micheala, the manager, was excellent.

My car was hit and needed repairs so my insurance company set me up with enterprise. I was able to add my information online so picking up the rental car was easy and took only a few minutes. I highly recommend filling out all the information before you go and pick up the rental.

That is a very nice place to rent from but when you call the 1-800 number they rent you the highest car that they can put you in it best to go to the store so you can get a better deal but it's better to also reserve your car

The last two times I made a reservation, no cars were available when I arrived at the location for the scheduled pick up time. While I'm am not familiar with the process by which the employees access reservation information, a courtesy call informing of the lack of supply would have been appreciated BEFORE accomodations were made to acquire transportation in order to pick up the rental.

I had a great experience at this Enterprise location. We reserved a rental vehicle from the North Columbus Enterprise location but we received a call as we were going to pick it up letting us know that our rental wasn’t available. We were told to wait and they would call us when one came in with no estimated timeframe. We called around to several other locations and got mixed answers but this location confirmed they had a vehicle and told us to come right away.When arriving we were being helped by Darius who has great customer service skills. After explaining our situation Darius upgraded us to a larger vehicle at no additional charge just so we could be on our way without delay. The transaction for checking out the rental was very good which saved even more time. The check in process was also great. Thank you Darius for the great interaction and for getting us taken care of.
