Update: Enterprise asked me to reach out in comment below. I did and was told a regional manager would reach to me within 3 days but up to 3 weeks. That was on 12/14. It has been over 5 weeks at this point and no word. Just lip service to try to soften a bad review it seems.This location was deceptive and dismissive. We went to this location to pick up a rental ordered by an at fault insurance company after an accident. They asked for our credit card but told us it was only for incidentals. They then charged us over $1,000 extra for the rental car (like model to the one we had in the shop) chosen by the insurance company. We didn’t ask them for a better model nor did we sign anything stating the new price or charges. When we called to inquire and fix it, the staff was dismissive and rude. Overall very unpleasant experience.Will avoid renting from this location again.

Great customer service and friendly employees. They ensured that renting a vehicle was easy and convenient. Their communication was great. Will be using them for future needs.

No matter how busy, you are always acknowledged upon entry and during your wait time. Although the Enterprise team moves quickly, they don't appear to be rushing clients while you wait, nor do you feel rushed...EFFICIENT; the location I always choose.

Very quick service here, which I liked. They got me into a great car while mine was being repaired, and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. The ladies that assisted me were very friendly and eager to help.I can't comment on pricing because my insurance paid for it but it was a very positive experience.

At first it was a great experience. Then after turning the vehicle in, the deal turned sour. After spending over $60 to top off the tank, this enterprise branch decided to charge my card saying the vehicle was not turned in on full. I wish I had taken a photo of the fuel gauge to dispute this. I will take this as a loss and lesson learned to never do business with this branch again. 0/10 would NOT recommend.

I come home often from the west coast and always get a rental car from this location. The ladies that work the front office always take care of me in a timely fashion and I’ve never had any issues with the pick up or returns. The cars have all been quality with no issues of malfunctions as well. Will definitely continue to give this location business!

Great experience! I had a last minute need for a rental before Thanksgiving. This location had a solid selection of vehicles to choose from even though it was a holiday weekend. Jessica, from this location provided exceptional customer serivce and was able to get me a truck at a great deal! I would strongly recommend her to anyone who comes here and I would recommend this location over all others in Columbus.

I reserved a minivan an hour before pickup today online. Arrived & informed type vehicle not available. I requested if they could help call around to see availabilities in the area. They responded they could but recommend against it & suggested I call each enterprise directly to confirm availability due to the accuracy of reserving online according to them. They were not apologetic for their shortfall or try to assist me any further. I respectfully accepted the outcome & stood outside to call around. Walked back in to mention that my previous experiences that when this happens they upgrade to another vehicle or accommodate with another vehicle. Told there were no vehicles available period. Again, I had to walkin and asked about it because they did not offer any solution or assistance. Understand no vehicles were available & that I did a last minute reservation but why did the system allow me to reserve it if it was not available. Customer service is the reason for the 1 star. Staff need training on solution & problem solving.This is not my first time renting from enterprise & a vehicle is not available. Everytime they found a way to make it right except today.Eventually went to another location on Macon Rd where the previous location told me there were no minivans available in town without picking up the phone or checking their database. Macon Rd location manager was so helpful and apologized for the Veterans Parkway location lack of service. Macon Rd manager called another location & verified they had a minivan due to a cancellation. Took me an hour to run around town. The sad thing that the location I eventually found the minivan was 2.6 miles (south veterans parkway)away from the original location(north veterans parkway)I reserved it.Thank you to the Macon Rd enterprise location manager for the diligence and service.

When I went to rent a car I didn't know what to expect. It seems that nowadays everything is complicated, difficult and time consuming. I was amazed at how easy renting a car can be. My first visit and Jasmine had my reservation done in minutes. When my wife and I picked up our car Xaiyhir greeted us with the keys and we were soon on our way. Knowledgable friendly and professional. You really should give them a try. Shout out toJessica, David, Alonzo and Rachel.

The Northside enterprise has been a game changer. It continues to have everything I was looking for, and the staff here is extremely helpful in making your rental process easy. Their detailed explanations of the rental procedures have left me assured that I made the right choice. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental facility in the Columbus area. The branch manager Mrs jasmine continues to go out of her way to make your rental experience great.

So I am at a point in my life things are extremely hard...but Im confident.You never know what a person is going through in life, having great, caring customer service helps makes the trials a little bit easier, especially with the HORROR stories out today.Enterprise car rental, delivered exemplary service.Let me explain.Answered the phone initally with professionalism. I had an issue getting there to pick up the vehicle, I was an hour late, I called they moved it back, for me.I really needed the car for my husband, who as stage 3 cancer and needed to get to Atlanta.So they moved the pick up time back an hour, i was grateful.Then got to the store was greeted well and the area was nice and clean, a plus.Was assisted at the counter, pulled up my reservation, took care me with fast service.Gave me an upgrade, because the car I picked was not there, that was great, It was a White 4Runner, was a very smooth ride.I needed the vehicle an extra day, was able to call in and they assisted me with that as well with professionalism.Turned the vehicle back and was treated amazingly by Nelson and Jada...I was grateful.Nelson took the time to give me a ride home...Because we all know how Uber and Lyft can be A $60 ride at peak times, Nelson stated it would his pleasure to take me home.Nelsons driving skills were great, I felt safe being transported home.I would like to thank you all at ENTERPRISE on North Veterans, in columbus ga...I and my husband look forward to doing business with you all again...Cya Soon!
