Upon arrival for an 11:30 reservation - we walked up on numerous angry customers waiting on cars. We were told our car would be ready in 15 mins, that they were just cleaning it up. It’s been a half hour and still not a single person has received a car.

This was one of the best experiences I had. The customer service workers Tamira and Ian worked expeditiously to get a vehicle for me in a bind. They were helpful and answered all questions in a hurry with diligent responses. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I wanted to leave 0 stars,but in order to leave a review I had to rate. But my boyfriend reserved a car 2 weeks prior and when he arrived they told him they had no rental cars on the we were leaving.

HORRIBLE. Waiting 2 hours for a car and still waiting even though I made the reservation 2 months ago. The one person working behind the desk keeps leaving out and not returning for 40+ minutes (twice so far). I will never use Enterprise again.

I rent cars 2 or 3 times a month for business. I have tried the airport location last three times. They never have cars ready. The girl at the counter always says "it's just me and one car cleaner, sorry". First time I waited an hour for a car, second time 2.5 hours with 6 people ahead of me. As I write this, after the nice girl told me 25.mins when I checked in, it's already over an hour. I'm done with enterprise, going back to Avis.

Enterprise at this airport was simply amazing. No wait time, courtesy email and phone call to check on the car and see if I had any concerns. I definitely will be returning to this Enterprise. Ladies there were all professional. Simply outstanding!!!

I rented from the local airport because the website was showing the offsite location had no cars or wasn't open.I reserved a car to be picked up at a certain time but I had to wait OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF for them to get a car ready. The car I got still had a filthy windshield inside that made it difficult to see at times.As far as the car itself, I was in a Toyota Rav4. The cruise control just shut off on me while driving on the interstate. This could have been extremely dangerous. Thankfully, I wasn't around any other vehicles when it did.When I tried using the cruise control on another day, it would let me set it then it would slow me down, without me touching anything, to WAY under what I had tried to set it to. Again, this could have potentially been dangerous had someone come up behind me quickly.

I book my van rental months ago. I get a call three days before pick up ,to be told they don't have any van. That I can be put on a call back list.

Even if you have a reservation, be prepared to wait an hour+ to get a car. One employee that doesn't work too efficiently and takes his time even with a line of 8+. Never have issues with this location in the past, but it seems to be going downhill fast.

Horrible service. Issued a brand new Ford Explorer with 4700 miles. Get to my destination with no issues, with multiple short stops. I get to the hotel and turn it off to check in. Turning it back on, the vehicle service message pops up, total brake system failure. The parking brake won't disengage and the foot brake is almost non existent. I call the # the branch gave me and it's disconnected.I contact corporate and select 4 for maintenance, they state 4-6 hours for a tow and I'll have to go back to the branch that closes within 20 min and they cannot contact the branch for me. She then states I have to speak with customer service because her system won't allow her to make any changes to set me up with a new rental anywhere else. The customer service rep I get blind transfered to says he has no clue why she said that and that's incorrect.I contacted a different branch in Columbus who gave me the correct #. When I contacted the correct branch at 5 minutes to closing, she immediately asked me to hold on, didn't mute the phone, placed it down and walked away from it. I held for 11.5 minutes. After shouting for anyone to come back on the receiver, I hung up to call back. Of course there's no message and the vm box is full.What kind of garbage service are you running? I will never book through enterprise again, both professionally or personally.

Had a confirmed reservation, showed up to find no vehicle. No help provided. Poor customer service.UPDATE: Sent email to address provided. Only got the formulaic response of "your concerns [have been documented] to the Regional Management team of the location for review." I feel so cherished as a customer. ? Can I reduce the 1 star to zero?
