I'd give zero stars if it would let me. I have been waiting on a package to be delivered since Saturday. I'm a business, have been open everyday till at least 8pm. Amazingly at 730pm for the past 2 days I get a delivery exception, as I watch them drive by the store and get on I185.
Fed Ex sucks, the Midland GA site is horrible and they do nothing. Now I understand how they lost Tom Hanks on an island, they can't deliver anything on time in one piece.

In the past two months, service has gone downhill quickly. Two weeks ago, we had a package delivered at 8:50pm. Our chewy box was not delivered starting it had to be signed, but not according to Chewy's. For the past two days, I've had a box out for delivery,but have seen anything yet. What is going on?

I would exhaust the bounds of the English language trying to describe how bad FedEx in Midland Georgia sucks. My package got all the way from New York to Georgia, no problem, and now FedEx can't seem to get it from Midland to Columbus...which by the way are two towns RIGHT next to each other. THREE days late, looks like its going to be at least 4.
Is the Pony Express still in business? Because I think I would try that next time before I go back to fedex for anything

The dropped my package off at the wrong door and even took a picture of the wrong door and I still haven’t gotten my money back or the pagans, I no longer order from eBay because for some reason all their stuff is dropped off my fedx and they are trash, I have never had this problem with UPS, if I could give fedx a negative star I would

Has changed my delivery date 3 times after package has been out for delivery. Won't give any information on where my package is located. FedEx driver Laderrick is a thief. He stole my packed and marked it deliver and signed for the package his self.

The driver that delivers to my area s\\does not deliver to house but instead just leaves package in my driveway out in the weather. This has happened several times. Driver was observed just tossing packages. Have filed several complaints and noone ever follows up.

-15 stars. MY EXTREMELY IMPORTANT DELIVERY WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE 4 DAYS AGO & THEY KEEP SAYING WRONG ADDRESS WHEN THEY UPDATED IT & GAVE ME TICKET FOR MY DELIVERY & TOOK MY NUMBER, NOW I HAVE TO WAIT AN EXTRA 3 DAYS.
THEY DIDN’T CALL TO VERIFY, TAKE THE EXTRA MILE, NOTHING. I AM EXTREMELY DISPLEASED WITH THIS LOCATION!

My packages go through 3–4 states within 48 hours. They get 10 mins from my house and sit there for 4 days. I avoid fed ex at all cost unfortunately sometime I get stuck with them. I wish they would just close the doors. Worst ran fed ex in the nation hands down.

Have 4 packages out for delivery all day. I tracked the vehicle. It was around my area about 3 or 4 times today I even passed the truck in my car going somewhere, was never delivered, around 7:30 they put attempted delivery as I've been home waiting in the evening. I paid quite a bit of money getting those packages expedited only for them not to be delivered. And they input attempted delivery because they do not feel like going back and delivering the items. Main fedex told me I can go pick up my items the next day at this location, which is not open to the public.

It is sad that this is the first place I have been where I have to tell everyone not to ship FedEx Ground because it will be a while before I receive if at all. Several calls to FedEx who will always assure items will get delivered the next day. It doesn’t happen.
When I do eventually receive packages, it looks like the driver decided to drag them through the dirt before delivery.
This location obviously doesn’t care and should be shut down.

I had 2 packages to be delivered on 12/13 & this FedEx Ground location driver stole them both & sent 1 crap pic 2x claiming that was proof of delivery. Nope, not my porch & yes, I can prove that! This location should be held accountable for the theft of so many packages!
