I've been looking for a heavy duty water key online and at hardware stores to no avail. Finally went to plumbing supply and they didn't have one so recommended Ferguson to me. They couldn't find one so were going to order one, as I was walking out the door they found one and works like acharm! Bobby Brown was friendly and very helpful.

The service received on this day by Mr. Bobby Brown was more than five stars. He helped to make sure I had the correct part for my water, broken water meter after I have been to two different plumbing supplies companies. Ferguson Waterworks did not sell exactly what I needed and so sold me nothing, but spent more than half an hour with me guiding me to what I did need and helping me find the places that did sell those things. Those recommendations were solid and I ultimately came home with a complete truckload - one trip. I only wish I COULD have bought something from them. Great work Bobby, and thank you!

Thanks, I would like to personally thank Mr. Bobbie Brown for his knowledge and technical support of assisting me with an installation of my10 inch.
