I ordered a tuna combo. Sandwich, chips & cookie. While waiting the crew was talking about the taste of tuna. No problem. However, Manny loudly stated how she didn't like tuna. The prep person asked if she'd ever had it, to which Manny said "No". After sampling a bite of tuna salad, she began to bring out the "theatrics" by gagging like she was about to throw up in front of customers. Seriously!?! Maybe she could use some training in the proper restraunt etiquette and customer service while working in the fast food industry. I have been to FireHouse Subs before & never had a problem.

Always great customer service and awesome sandwiches! Even when they are busy, they almost always are because they are that yummy, they do their best to ensure your order is correct and to you as quickly as they can!

First time there heard about it passing thru. In the evening. The people in there look like they're haveing a bad day. Not friendly at all. Shouldn't work with public with that face and attitude. The food shows it. Awful cold didn't even warm it I orderd cheese philly literally made me sick ?wouldn't recommend it.

Ordered online for a pickup and the food quality was way down. My sandwich wasn’t steamed or made properly. Plus the uncaring food preparer left paper from the cheese in my sandwich that I ended up biting into as I was finishing sandwich. Then on the website to let firehouse know you can’t leave feedback because the app receipt doesn’t give you a validation number so you can say anything. Pretty dumb oversight imo. Don’t think I’ll be going back for quite a while.

Bri, Bradley and John are always friendly and super pleasant every time I come in. I visit this location 2-3 times a week. To have consistent employees are hard to find, you found them in these 3. Great job!

Restaurant was kinda dingy and the service staff was maybe having a bad day...no ice in the machine and they didn't tell us till after we paid, then was rude about it. I'm not expecting Michelin quality here, but its going to be a while before I come back.

I avoid this location at all cost. Every time I come in this location something isn’t working the staff is not welcoming their attitudes are awful. First they weren’t making hit subs now the drink machine is down I asked for my money back and didn’t have the time to wait on them to figure it out.

Ordered two sandwiches, both were made incorrectly and were missing the extra pickle. Both sandwiches were soggy and fell apart. We threw away $26.47 of food and will not be returning.

Do not order online. They do not even read your order add ons or removals. They make it how it comes on the menu unless you order in person. The food is alright they used to give more meat on the subs.
