Booked an appointment for 8am. Dropped off a few minutes early. Didn’t even move the vehicle into the bay until 9:40am. Appointments seem to be at their convenience only and serve no real purpose other than ensuring they’re overbooked and everyone is unhappy. Definitely check out other shops that prioritize their customers time.

Dishonest, incompetent, and lacks integrity! They "fixed" my car with an expensive battery, yet the very next day, mere hours, it wouldn't start again. A diagnostic tests clearly was not completed as required; however, the female answering the phone didn't want to "throw her technicians under the bus" so she wouldn't admit to it. Because had they done one, they should have caught that the car had other issues to cause the check engine light to remain on. But I digress. Never, ever again!!! It shouldn't be difficult to do your dang job properly the first time. It's the unscrupulous actions this location serves to customers. If you don't know what the heck you are doing, just say it the first time...don't try to "fixed and figure" things out. Just messing people's cars up even worse!

I am very dissatisfied with the service from Firestone on my son’s Honda CRV. Despite spending over $2,000 on repairs due to overheating, the issue wasn't resolved, and they ultimately destroyed the motor. They only replaced a radiator fan without thoroughly checking the cooling system.
Communication has been poor. My calls went unanswered, and the staff disconnected during a conversation without resolving anything.
Firestone claims to support military families and college students, but my experience has shown otherwise. They have not taken accountability for their inadequate service. I advise caution to anyone considering their services due to this lack of support and transparency.

Very informative and better prices than other auto repair shops in town.i been in old Fred's tire centers . 25 years however afterwards Fred's passing, his business has changed to a very negative experience. I will never go there again. I m very satisfied with Firestone now.

I was told my car needed a censor, so I gave permission to fix it. They called me and told me the car was ready. When I picked the car up and drove off, it was doing the same thing and I brought it right back and that’s when the technician told me he told them to tell me when they called it was the transmission. If that had been known I would not have had it fixed. I had 40 dollar reward points the guy who rang me up says he didn’t know how to disperse them, it was something done on the back end. I am a loyal customer, spend lots of money with you, but will no longer recommend your services because I was ripped off and I am disputing the charges because I was misled and not told the truth upfront nor when I picked the car up. I want my money back.

Edit: changing my review from 2 to 4 stars after Firestone's corporate office reached out about my review below and the local manager corrected the situation.
Beware of the risk of theft at this location: my tire hubs were stolen from my off my car while it waited overnight for service in the Firestone lot. The shop did not take responsibility nor any action to remediate it (such as reviewing security camera footage).
Besides that theft, the service was acceptable and communication was prompt and professional as I waited for my service to get done. Unfortunately the lack of preventative security measures, and policy of not being responsible for vehicle vandalism in the lot, made it overall a poor experience.

I came in for diagnostic on my vehicle and oil change. The diagnostic results came out that I needed new spark plugs. I agreed to that service. I sat there for hours, just to have my engine light come on a week after I had left this place. Fast forward, I went to another mechanic shop and my sparks plugs have not been changed at all. I had paid a lot money and wasted a lot of at Firestone for nothing really to be done. The newer shop I when to showed me the difference between a new spark plug and the one in my vehicle that was not change. My oil was changed but they did not cap off any fluid so I was driving with not coolant. JUST HORRIBLE SERVICE ALL THE AROUND!!! REMEMBER TO ASK FOR THE OLD PART FOR YOUR CAR AND WATCH THEM WORK!!!! I WASTED SO MUCH MONEY!!!

For years I was satisfied with the other location on upper Veteran's Parkway, but due to a miscommunication, I was directed to the location downtown. It was the best thing to happen to me. I was well taken care of and I left happy with the service I received.
