I love this store. The employee Keisha was very helpful with assisting my family and another customer at the same time. I never have a problem when I shop at this location.

Since all registers are self-checkout, why have an employee assist with scanning customer items? It made checkout a little awkward and confusing.

One of does lady’s who work there come to me and say that she need to scan the products and she click she’s when in the computer say if I wanna donation but that’s no okay she don’t ask if I want to and she just say no worry about it she make me mad and how I gonna speed 20 dollar in something I’m not

Today, April 29th as usual I walked into the store and immediately got yelled at from across the store by a woman behind some kind of podium? Ma'am you can't have that dog in here, I was absolutely embarrassed by this woman yelling at me, telling me if I had a problem with that to call the SM, I explained to her that I brought my dog in everytime I have ever visited the store again she yelled at me telling me if I didn't like to leave and call her manager. I proceeded to take my Pup to the car and went back into the store,at which point I told her that no where on the doors entering the store do you have a sign saying no dogs allowed, with a very unprofessional attitude, all cocky with her hands in her pockets she repeated if I didn't like it to leave and call her manager. The first time I left to put my Pup in the car one of the other associates apologize for her. There is never an excuse for bad customer service.!!!!

Store looks absolutely horrible and has for a long time. Store in disarray, stuff all over the place… the back area looks like a tornado hit it. Please just close down. Move out and back in.

If I could give it more stars I would. The manager is amazing and the girl I delt with was amazing! They had a theft and we helped recover the items and the manager personally thanked us and rewarded us with her own money (after we told her not to worry about it). She was so happy and thankful. Amazing staff at this store! I would get in touch with head office or something but I don't know how.

This particular store is horrible. Boxes all over the place, can barely push a shopping cart done the aisles without bumping into boxes
