One of the best GameStop store that I have been to in a while. Had an issue with an Xbox that I purchased and two employees, Rick and crayson helped me out and resolved the issue for me.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I usually love GameStop, but website ordering needs some major tlc. I placed an order and not only is the order not showing up in my order section, but they had no problem taking my money. I received the confirmation email yet no update as to when I can pickup my order from the store. Yes it has been more than 24 hours. Tried emailing and calling customer service both just dead ends. As much as I hate to say this GameStop is about to lose my business.

Very helpful in brining games in for cash, but told me they won’t take 2 games because they are brand new still in plastic so I can’t get cash for them today and that he won’t be taking them because it’s their so called policy that I can’t just take the plastic off and bring it right back, dumbest thing I’ve ever heard

Stood in line for 2 hours not because of the crowd but because of the workers the staff is very slow it should be priority to get everyone in and out being that the store is so small I saw someone taking merchandise because the store was so crowded staff please do a better job of keeping crowd down if one person walks away from the register make sure there’s another worker present

Cayson was the best help. This has been my favorite gamestop in Columbus. I’m sad to be leaving and heading to Nebraska. Always great service.

friendly employees made nice small talk about the game I was buying merchandise for:) (security breach), though I wish they had more fnaf merch. this store seems to be more for actual hardware and games rather than merch:)
