Stopped by Gap about a week ago with my wife just to browse around. She found a few dresses she really liked but we had trouble finding her size and had a few questions. Chris helped us out and his customer service was honestly top-tier. Super friendly, helpful, and just an all-around great vibe. Both of us walked out saying how much we appreciated his energy and help.
We’ll definitely be back.. not just for the nice clothes, but because the customer service made the whole experience even better.

I walked in today looking for a sweater and pants combo. I was busy looking around, shopping and glancing at different things. I looked up and noticed the store Manger ( Cecelia) I think that's her name. Watching me while I was shopping. It made me feel uncomfortable so I left. I don't know what goes down at this store or how many people steal. Please don't watch people shopping. This should be common sense in a retail setting. This is why I shop online because I cant deal with people like her and many always expecting the worst out of others because of what they have seen, or been taught. Let us shop in peace. I will bring this to corporate attention!!

I tend to get anxious shopping in clothing stores. I tend to feel like my senses get overwhelmed by the noise and visual chaos. However, my experience here was nothing like that. I went with my same-sex partner, and employees were immediately kind and welcoming. While there was a lot displayed in a small space, it was quiet and arranged in a way where I could take my time and not get overwhelmed. The employees were very kind and helpful and made an experience that is usually overwhelming for me comfortable. Plus, I found some great clothing! A great experience all around.

Gap is my happy place to be at every point in time, the store is always very clean and incredibly organized. The guys over there are so helpful.
