George Gatewood is the worst prosthesis I have ever seen in my 45 years as an amputee and my 20 years as a licensed, certified occupational therapist. Mr Gatewood lied to me and took 8 months to make a socket for my leg that is a piece of junk, to put it politely. George should retire!

If I could give this facility a 0 star rating I would. It’s frustrating enough that I have a disability but to not get any return calls about parts for myself and it took almost 6 months to even get the device when my original one only took a month to create is just appalling to say the least to be treated this way. I will be recommending the military installation that this place is not for their best interest to continue to send Soldiers too.
