About Georgia Visitor Information Center
The visitors center is a great place to stop while visiting Columbus. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the center is well organized. Clean restrooms are always stocked and the bathrooms are clean. Attendants had a wealth of suggestions on places to visit and newly added attaractions. Visitors have stretch legs, get out of the car, walk a dog and have plenty of space. Family, kids and pets stop here on the way down to the panhandle.

Stopping by this Welcome Center for us is a must while visiting family in Columbus,Ga. The staff in the building are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the center is very well organized. The restrooms are always very clean as well.

Wonderful for a rest stop . A lovely, friendly person working the gift shop willing to help you with your travel plans

The woman was very friendly. I was able to get some post cards for the grandkids.
