I am giving this location a one star rating based upon their poor presentation of customer service. I attempted to call the store to make sure a visit would not be wasted. I called no less than a half-dozen times and each time was unceremoniously hung up on with not so much as a hello. Not a good look or act. I will never give them my business. It's no wonder they have to shutter so many locations. Do better.

Cole greeted me immediately upon walking into the store with warm kindness!!! His enthusiasm for his work really just made me want to better myself and acquire the right means to do so!!! He even alerted me to the sale on that day!! The buy 38, get the 39th half off really helped!! The kids can eat tonight thanks to Cole!!! I love him so much. No like seriously I love him….he’s so good….got me thinking ya know….ANYWAYS what a great worker he is!! I LOVE VITAMIN SHOPPE!!

I needed items 5 minutes before closing but was 3 minutes away walking. I called the store, and Cole located the items, had them at the register when I walked through the door. I was rung up and out the door one minute before closing. THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE.

The customer service really needs to change at this place. After placing an order online and picking it up in the store. The lady was very rude. Allowed another customer to just walked in front of me while I was already in line and he just walked in after me. She didn’t greet me are acknowledge I was standing there. This is very bad business. I have come to this location on several occasions when I leave the base and the women display the same rude and nasty attitude. If it wasn’t for customers coming in they wouldn’t have business to be paid. Very sad place to do business with and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to patronize with this place. If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is unacceptable.

The opening employee didn’t show up until 9:05, although the store is supposed to open at 9. As a former GNC employee, the opening employee is usually supposed to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to open so the store is opened on time, making her over 15 minutes late. When she did arrive, she didn’t say anything to me as she unlocked the store and completely ignored the customer. I waited for over 10 minutes for her to have the store opened before finally leaving. Based on previous reviews, I’d imagine this is the same employee that the rest of the reviews have complained about. Horrible professionalism and customer service. Do better.

2 female workers today on a Saturday with horrible attitudes, unwilling to help or even look at you while making the transaction. I have never received such terrible customer service at GNC. I felt like I was bothering her with myMere presence. The woman at the register looked annoyed and just kept rollingher eyes at everyone: I won't be returning to this location.

My experience was very poor. The manager was very rude and extremely disrespectful. She mentioned that she was leaving the shop in a few days so she didn’t care what she said. Please don’t ever go here.

More frustration than anything. I am tired of trying to be upsold into something I don't want. Tired of the rewards always being "upgraded to something new." Tired of giving them my new address over and over again. Today I was told I couldn't pay cash unless I had exact change because he did not have enough change to give me. (Would have been 1 penny) Then there was the awkward pause while I am waiting for my receipt just to have him tell me he emailed it to me.

***REVIEW OF GNC PRO MEMBERSHIP***I have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in-store since purchasing this membership. Not only have I not redeemed any points or received any benefits to my knowledge (other than a free face mask during pro week) but I actually have -243 points as of today. Customer service has provided essentially no explanation as to how this is even possible. They've also given me blatantly inaccurate information and hung up on me multiple times. Everytime I shop here (about every other month, sometimes more frequently), I am told I have 0 points and am not eligible for a coupon.I've been shopping at GNC for many years so I figured this pro membership would be worth it. I was wrong. It is an absolute waste of money.I'm currently in the processing of getting in touch with corporate to request an explanation that customer service could not give me and either a reimbursement of points or a refund for the membership cost.If you shop in-store, the only benefit is a pro box twice a year. If you want product samples, southern nutrition provides free samples of many of their products. This whole experience has been disappointing and exhausting. At this point, I would even recommend Vitamin Shoppe over GNC.

I love the Lean Protein Shakes and they are getting my blood protein levels up! They are low in fat and sugar! I just bought my 2nd month's supply of the Hair, Skin and Nails kit. So far, I can tell a big difference! Thanks, GNC!!

Great location! Super nice folks every time I have been in here. Angela, the manager, is always very sweet and remembers me by name. A couple of times when I have had quite a bit to carry, they voluntarily jumped to help me to my car. I like 'em!!
