Greeted immediately upon entering the store and my request answered and problem solved in under 5 minutes. Chris tested my Mac Air and HDMI cable to his monitor and the test checked fine/worked as advertised. Obviously I have problems at home with my not so smart TVs. Thank you for the help. Cheers!

What I thought was a complex fix for my MacBook ended up being able to be fixed within 10 minutes of entering the store. These guys are awesome, and I'll be back for all things Apple related (since I have the whole eco-system). Thank you so much for all your help!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Graphicom today. My Iphone's facial rec had been working erractically, and went to no recognition at all. I researched and tried all of the suggestions to no avail. I had taken the phone to Verizon, but they could not diagnose the problem, and just wanted to sell me a new phone. Since I only have one more payment on my Iphone 13 ProMax, this was not an option that I wanted. I took the phone to Graphicom. They ran a diagnostic review, and basically it showed everything working as it should. We deleted, reset facial rec, etc many times and nothing worked. Only recourse was to wipe out the phone and start all over. Before we downloaded all the data to the cloud, we tried to do facial rec again. Nope.....nothing is going to be easy with this phone! But Chris, a super top notch guy who did not dismiss me as an old lady who just didn't know how to use her phone, did not give up! Basically, he spent over an hour with me trying different things to try and make the phone work. Then........he noticed something! He asked my permission to take off my screen protector because he noticed a few cracks at the top. When he removed it, he immediately noticed something different at the top. We then tried the facial rec, and VOILA! Success!!! We were able to reset facial recognition! And it worked!!!! They downloaded all my data, then we tried it again! More success! They installed a new screensaver and we tried it again! Yeah!!!! Chris found and fixed my problem! He was not letting me leave the store until we were sure it was working! Such dedication to solving a problem is basically unheard of in a world today of wanting quick fixes for everything. Thank you, Chris for all you did today and for the excellent service I received! Graphicom is the place to go!

I've used the folks from Graphicom several times. I bought both my desktop mac and my 1st, and second laptop, mac from them. I made the mistake of leaving my 1st mac plugged in all the time It's battery swelled up and destroyed it - lesson learned. When i replaced my 1st laptop mac with the new one, they easily transferred my "old" stuff to my new laptop. They have always been good to me.

Graphicom is a excellent store. They can handle any problem you have. Today we had briar help us with our iPhones and he was amazing. I highly recommend them for any of your electronic needs. We will be back.

As someone who's a regular at Graphicom, I gotta say, I disagree big time with that review. Every time I've been there, the folks have been super friendly and helpful.
I get it, sometimes things go wrong, but I've never had a bad experience like the one described. The staff has always been on point, answering questions and sorting out any issues I've had.
Yeah there might've been a mixup with the repair process, but I trust Graphicom to sort things out properly. And as for the accusations of lying and bad service, that's just not what I've seen at all
I recommend Graphicom to anyone needing Apple help in the Columbus area. They've always treated me right, and I'll definitely keep coming back.

If I could I would leave a 0 star review. everyone I encountered at this place has the worst customer service skills ever. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and was like maybe they were having a bad day but I was met with horrible customer service on all 3 occasions that I went into this store.
The first day I went into the store I explained to them that my charger port was pushed in and that it still worked and I wanted to know if it was possible for them to just readjust it. they told me that was not possible to do and it would take 3-5 days to get the part in and repair it and they also told me $150 for this repair. I ended up taking my laptop home because I am a college student so I just held my charger in place to get a charge so I could do my assignments.
That next week on Tuesday I took my laptop back to the shop and I was told again that my laptop would be ready in 3-5 days because they needed to order the piece because they were unable to just reposition my charger port like I told them. anyways I leave it there and I got an email today on Wednesday saying my computer is ready which is good news for me. They also tell me my total will be $100 and I was confused about that because how was my total going to be $150 with a new piece but $100 for something they told me they couldn't even do. Apart from them lying telling me they couldn't do something I also went in today and asked what was exactly done to my laptop and the guy told me he was not a technician with an attitude so I asked him if I could speak to a tech and the tech came out very hostile asking if I would like to just pay more if I had a problem with not getting a new part. I never said I had a problem with not getting a new part I just wanted him to explain to me why i was paying $100 for something they originally told me was not possible for them to do.
With all this being said they did fix my laptop after lying to me on multiple occasions. so, if you don't mind being met with terrible customer service and constantly being lied to...by all means come here to get your electronics repaired I just know I will never step foot in the place ever again.
p.s. the manager of this establishment response shows 100% that they are rude people and have no sense of customer service. imagine trying to tell me my experience with your employees. and just because you say you didn't lie does not make it true. the very first time I came into the store I gave my laptop to a technician to look at and told them I didn't need a new piece just an adjustment and he lied and told me that was not possible so yes now you your sales men and your technician are all liars. I was satisfied with my laptop being fixed my complaint was only with the poor customer service and the lies. also I was never told the diagnostic price of $100, which I had no problem with I honestly would've payed anything to get my computer fixed I just wanted to know what I was paying which is reasonable since its my money being spent, but because you all have bad communication skills you became hostile and presented me with bad customer service. As a "Manager" DO BETTER!!

I needed help pairing my new keyboard with my iPad. After numerous times trying to do it myself, I went to Graphicom. The nicest young man helped me pair the keyboard with the iPad. I was so grateful to him because I was really frustrated when I could not get it to work. I am a big fan of Graphicom!

Jacob was fantastic. He was patient and tried numerous things to fix the tech problems I was having for my phone. Problem solved. I highly recommend Graphicom. They are friendly and so knowledgeable.
