I brought my son on Sunday for his back to school hair cut and Ms.Alicia did a phenomenal job! My son doesn’t like to get his hair cut but she was very patient with him! We will be back!

If you value your hair do not go here they do not listen to what you want. I requested to have 2in taken off and to do layers. Instead the lady cut 6-7in off and did not do layers.

I came in Sunday for my son hair cut and they were super busy, (over an hour long wait) waited about 30 mins,but the girl with the long braids and tattoos(didn’t get her name..first chair) she took all of 10 mins to cut his hair even tho it was a quick cut. IT WAS ON POINT.. you gained a new customer

I came here and got a blow out with my ends trimmed and I must say the young lady named Alicia was absolutely great!! She was patient, and brought my hair back to life! I highly recommend her to anyone!

This is the worst haircut I have had in 30 years! The first picture is what I showed the girl, and the second picture is what I left with!
I wasn’t even in the chair for 10 minutes and now the front is even shorter than the back! She even used the clippers to cut my hair rather than scissors. On a bob! Seriously?!
She had an attitude the whole entire time and complained about people “asking for too much” and “running up her time!” It was as if I was a total inconvenience to her!
I think her name was Felicia? As in “Bye Felicia!”
I had to go somewhere else to get this fixed and I would never recommend this place to anybody ever!! Stay away!

Alicia was great! She gave my nephew a haircut (who’s severely autistic) who was screaming and crying the whole time, and she was so patient and kind. Will definitely be going back to her for his haircuts in the future!

This was the worst experience ever. I sat in the first chair with Julian to get my haircut for a special occasion and donate my hair and he messed it up so bad on top of the horrible customer service. He was looking down with a sour face the entire time. I will not be returning! Also personal hygiene is important someone should talk with him about that. I don’t need to be contacted just making it aware don’t sit in his chair!

ALICIA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Been my friend and the only person who cuts my hair for 10+ years now, wouldn’t change a thing!! Highly recommended!!!
