When moving in in the past week I found it to be very clean. I don't know who they're cleaning services but they're doing a wonderful job. Friendly Neighbors property is very well taken care of! Very nice and quaint place to live

I've been here almost a total of 5 years now. I absolutely love it here. Quiet, well kept grounds and great staff. This is the place to live with comfort and a peace of mind.
