“I’ve been using these guys for years for my FFL transfers and have used them twice for some minor smith work and they have always been great. But I had to share my most recent experience. I ordered one of my dream rifles from an online store. Went to pick it up today do the transfer as usual then go to inspect and to my surprise the front sight is loose in the packaging. I paid a lot of money for this rifle and I was feeling pretty lousy about it but these folks jumped in to action. They chased the screw holes found new screws and had me out the door with sight installed securely in less than 10 minutes. Didn’t charge me a dime. Talk about building good will and just being all around good people. They will get my business as usual with me recommending them to anyone looking. Fantastic experience!!”
