The worse experience ever. Not one time did anyone come by and ask if I needed help, spent 1 hr looking at the particular item I was needing, sat on the floor NO ONE came by at all. Bought the wrong thing and should have bought the $129.99 item instead of $74.99. Just not good. Note I have to stop and go return it and probably never go back.

March 8, 2020 completely out of facemasks (I wasn't looking for them, just noticed). Went in for a specific item and it was in stock. Friendly staff, no attitude problems even though 1st Monday after Thanksgiving.
Have never had a bad experience
here.
Aug 30, 2024 here for the labor day sale. The tools that I was after are sold out. Shelves are quickly becoming bare. Still, I spent too much 😁

Great store where a man could easily spend to much on pretty decent quality tools and accessories real quick, lol. They honestly have great prices though.

God forbid you run them close on time to close up. It's one thing to simple remind customers to be aware. It's another to show actual attitude and resentment for people willing to spend there hard earned money to keep you employed. Such attitude over 5 minutes. She appeared to be running the show also, so it's said to see management act in that manner. I'll be honest, nothing was directly said to me, as I'm a rather big feller. And I should add all the other staff seemed to be very reasonable.

Unfrendly staff. Seems like they don't want to work over there and treat customers like trash. That white skinny middle age lady needs to be more grateful of having a decent job.
