The lobby makes this hotel look great….. BUT , There was cockroaches crawling all over our room and mold in the vents. Do not recommend ?we left early. The location and price were nice. But I won’t stay in a room with bugs or mold.

This is my go to when I stay in Columbus. Very reasonably priced, the rooms are nice, breakfast, pleasant staff and really close to Ft Moore.

Came in for a graduation at Benning, $120 later couldn't even shower. Guys... anything on VICTORY DR is HOOD, GHETTO OR LOWER INCOME, it's a challenged neighbor, your belongings, cars, and family are not safe, but the STAFF is 5 star quality. Room was moderately clean, parking has very low lighting, egress for Impaired travel not ideal. On 4/25/2023 property is currently under renovation, so all amenities are not available but they are operating as if they are, and the price on your room will reflect that. Just travel 10 minutes NORTH and prices will stay the same, but with more resources and also a better environment. Not worth saving a couple bucks. An array of abandon vehicles and building surround this property, an abundance of homeless people, various pawn, shops, and liquor stores will welcome you to your uncompetitively priced room. Yo... it's the hood why y'all charging too much.

The employee's were extremely nice. But I was given a room where you didn't need a key to get in. You can tell the door had been kick in. I then was put in another room. The floors were extremely fealty. I had to use their bathroom towels to mop the floor just to be comfortable.

Booked 2 rooms for Army graduation. location is excellent for the base. Convenient distance to "downtown". Main lobby had an "off" smell when we arrived (perhaps cleaning material?), but it was not noticeable any other time we were in lobby. Rooms were excellent! Comfy beds and pillows (2 on the king bed-)Clean, equipped with microwave, silverware, large fridge (not under counter size usually found), toiletries etc. I love the fact that rooms have new wood-look tile floors rather than carpet! Much cleaner than carpet!! Great bar-b-que in pool area. Breakfast was perfect--variety of cereals, waffles, pancakes, pastries, eggs, Canadian bacon milk, juice etc. Variety of coffee bar in the lobby all the time. Staff is so friendly!

My family and I stayed there for two nights from 9/19/19 thru 9/21/19. We were in Columbus for my son's graduation at Fort Benning. It was less than 10 minutes from the base. We loved the cleanliness of the hotel. I especially loved that the floors of the room were wooden/ laminated and not carpeted. When I stay in other hotels I am always uncertain of how clean those carpets are. So if you have allergies this is the place for you. The entire room itself was clean and the bathroom was great. Plenty of toiletries were available and replenished daily. The kitchen in the room was a nice touch for those guests who prefer to cook.Breakfast was tasty and they not only had a waffle maker, but also an automated pancake maker. There was plenty of fruits, scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels, bread, pastries, oatmeal, and cereal. Coffee was in the lobby at all times. The front desk and breakfast staff were wonderfully polite and helpful. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel the next time we are in Columbus, Georgia.Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Loved it!!! Place is super clean; but do not look up when using the bathroom toilet vent...yuck. Place and employees wonderful. But on my last few days noise galore. It was not staff but people using the hotel. They even extremely loudly knocked on my door in the middle of the night...not staff, a customer staying there. Loud and I might pay elsewhere for quietness if I knew customers were like this here and the room structures to prevent/not prevent these noises.

Book this hotel without any hesitation!! My husband and I have lived at Benning for 3 years and recently moved away. He got a ranger school date so I had to drive back and get a hotel for his 8 hour pass. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL, the staff is the kindest and most helpful I've ever came across. They have a full size dog park in the back, along with grills outside and stoves in every room. I would rate this as the best hotel in all of the area. Thank you so much for being so kind.Oh, I have to add I left my ring on the counter and called the next day and they found it. It was mailed to me free of no charge.

This is a nice hotel that's predominant customer base is there for the military base. My room had a little kitchenette and the overall ambience was very nice. Bingo Wyndham Diamond member I am usually afforded the opportunity for a free upgrade to a suite, but this hotel does not offer such an amenity.
