Long wait regardless if you made a reservation for a certain time and beware that if you ever need to reach them for something they next to never answer the phone, it's extremely frustrating!!

Waited 10 minutes after checking in for the guy to bring the car to the front. The car had 22 miles on it before empty and it was not the size car I had reserved. He did not mention the car size I had reserved was unavailable. Upon returning the car I waited at the counter for 15 minutes before someone showed up to assist in closing out the reservation.

I lovedddd the costumer service, thank you to Sierra? I think was her name, there was a whole issue with my reservation and she took the time to fix the whole situation and get me on the role, she gave me a good car and feel a lot less stressed then having to be in Ubers my whole trip, I truly appreciate everything that was done for me and taking time out of her personal time!

I'd give a five star but the guy at the front desk was rude and completely hateful jumped my husband. Then had the nerve to look at us and say we needed to go to the other line because he won't work with us because it was an insurance claim. ? the other lady we worked with was completely amazing super nice and understanding.

Came in to pick up a car I rented via Expedia. No one was at the desk and I was the 6th person in line. We were told that the cars were still dirty and would be cleaned before we got them. When I got to the front desk after almost an hour of waiting, I was told I never pre paid for my rental car. I pulled out the copies I had and was told that is wasn't paid on the computer. So I had to double pay... Do not come here it is a trap. Never will I rent with Hertz again

I made a reservation for pickup at 10:00AM. I arrived at my scheduled time and no employees were present at the desk. There were two other customers also present for an appointment who were not being helped. There were no signs present saying the employees was away from the desk. I checked the parking lot in the Hertz section and there were no employees there either.I called the number on the cards on the desk and it just rang to the desk that nobody was at where I was standing. Then I called the Hertz 1-800- number and there customer service was useless. They just kept telling me to wait longer. At this point it was 10:40 AM, 40 minutes past my appointment time. The customer service representative said someone would be there at 10:45AMAt this point I had left and I called the local Columbus store at 10:45AM. An employee named Dominique answered.He told me that he was away from the desk cleaning cars (plural). Then told me that there was only one car available and that if I don’t get there first before somebody else I won’t get a car. Despite me having a reservation and despite him stating that he was cleaning multiple cars.So I think it’s safe to assume this employee was lying. How would he be away from the desk cleaning multiple cars if there is only one car available? I asked the employee this and he stated that he had issued all the cars that he cleaned and there was only one left. This also can not be true considering I was at the desk and nobody was there issuing cars. Also the other customers with me who were not being helped as well.Finally I asked to cancel the reservation then the employee said that’s fine and hung up on me.

I rent a car from here every month for TDY/TAD work. Their customer service was great! I had some issues with some of the older cars that had been recycled thru the facility that needs some dire maintenance. Upon expressing concern, I was offered another car immediately without any questions. Not the front desk's fault if QA hands them a set of keys and calls it good. Hertz, please refresh this fleet at this location.

Been waiting over an hour to pickup a rental. Folks in front of me have been waiting for over 2 hours. Severally under staffed. Avis and National and turning them out left and right.

Very helpful. FAST! Was able to help us out in bind SAME DAY, mind you. Dominique helped us out and was very kind. Both staff members at the desk were nice. Would definitely go with Hertz again. Thank you!

Worst cat rental experience. Car was dirty. They wouldn't answer the phones and I tried for 2 days. Rude and unhelpful. When I gave a bad review the manager, Xavier, never followed up. I will never use them again.
