I waited in line behind someone who had 2 returns and when they opened another register to check out other customers was checked out before me and others that waited in line behind the return. Customer service needs improvement. They need a return only counter or register. I will start shopping at Michael’s.

My partner was followed around the store and treated terribly. She was made to feel so uncomfortable she ended up just abandoning her cart and leaving. If you visit this store make sure you're dressed up otherwise they will make you wildly uncomfortable and treat you like you did something wrong.

This store has it all…except customer service and cashiers. Expect to wait in ridiculously long lines and if you need help with something, good luck. This is all year long, not just during the holidays.
