Never called. Never responded. Never never Never! Fed up with these extended services that appear either too busy or too selective. What ever happened to good business and/or good business ethics

We just had a wonderful experience with David Middleton in the door department!! We left Lowe’s due to poor customer service. We wanted to start the process of buying a custom door and couldn’t get anyone to help us. We came to Home Depot and David helped us right away. He was so nice, very knowledgeable, and got us set up! What a difference in these two establishments. Thank you, Mr. David!

Everyone was SO helpful and friendly even right before close. I called to check availability on an item around 8:15pm and arrived there at 8:35pm. Jasmine was SUPER helpful and friendly even helping me break down a box and fit it in my car (it barely all fit!)

I have been shopping at this Home Depot since I moved here 21 years ago and it’s the same horrible service. You can never find anyone to help. Last month purchased a dryer. Today the dryer should be delivered I called and they couldn’t find my order. I called the store no one answered. So I had to drive up there. Only to find out my order wasn’t submitted. She said my order was just hanging around in the system. No apologies nothing. She claim she submitted the order now. So now I have to wait another week for my dryer. We have brought a house and buying a lot of items too many disappointments to mention.

Absolutely the worst management I’ve ever seen. I wanted to buy the 9 foot Christmas tree outside the front door and I was told I couldn’t because it was a display. I asked what they are gonna do with it since it was a live tree after Christmas and they said throw it out! There were none in the back that looked like the one in front. I asked to speak to manager Brian Archer and he would never come speak to me face to face. He was “too busy” as the associate who has been working there for 3 days said. I couldn’t believe it! If you have a tree displayed outside with a price in front of it and a price tag attached I would think it was for sale. The trees they have in back were NOTHING like the displays. Don’t bother looking! Brian Archer has the worst costumer service I’ve ever encountered!

We “turned to the pros” as they advertise on our paint for our home. We were told for exterior we only could choose flat or semi/high gloss. Satin was never an option. We We had to take it back due to a gel consistency in one of the gallons and we painted the house for two days with the flat berh paint we chose. Color was great. After two days it rained and and two days after rain our house looks like it is still wet from where the rain was on Thursday house. We then sp

Buyers beware!!!This Home Depot in Columbus, Georgia will advertise fake prices in the store. I saw an 18" Straight Shaft Ryobi weed eater with an advertised sales price in the store for $129.00 only to scan it for $149.00. I took a young white male to the display so he could see the advertised price on the sticker under it for himself. He tore the sticker price off and said it was the wrong price. A black woman also accused me of apparently taking 15 items to a clearance table when I tried to purchase an allegedly marked down item from the table. I am just tired of taking items to check out and getting the surprised real price. When asked to see a store manager, none seems to be available in the store. I actually have to take their store employees to the sales or clearance items only for them to become clueless.

Actually it is my 20 inch 40 volt ryobi lawn mower that I do not recommend. I bought it about a month ago in Columbus and got sick before I could unbox it. Just now felt like I am maybe up to it and ( even though I cut my grass this morning with my own ryobi) I am too d*** to put it together !! All it needs is the leaf blower stuck on Or either a plug placed somehow.

Home Depot used to be pet friendly (on a leash). Drove out of my way to go to this Home Depot instead of Lowe's as I have a gift card... walked up with my puppy on a leash only to see the sign on the door stating no pets! Farm stores and hardware stores are USUALLY the perfect places to bring dogs to further socialize them while running errands. Guess my gift card can just live in my wallet because I'm going back to Lowe's. Even according to the Rover website as recently as a Sept 2019 article, it lists Home Depot as leashed pet friendly. What a disappointment.
