Last year, I came here to do my taxes with Ms Susan, and it went really well. She was fast, efficient, and informative. So I decided to come back this year to do my taxes, but my schedule did not line up with her schedule. Trying to communicate with anybody else over the phone or even in person was like pulling teeth. After about a month or so, I finally ended up canceling my appointment so that I could go somewhere else. I could not get them to understand that I could not get my documents downloaded online or on their site. One person kept telling me I could send them over email or over text in another person said that that was not secure and I could not do that. The lack of communication and overall unprofessionalism of this H&R Block has caused me to not want to go back to an H&R Block again. I got a call from the office manager who was very nice but I still cannot deal with the stress.

I have used the office on Whittlsey for several years now for taxes. I am happy with the efficient accurate friendly service. Barry is knowledgeable in his job and learns about his clients so he can better assist them over the years. I recommend going here to get your taxes done.

Horrible experience. I was forced to wait for over an hour after being told 5 minutes. They tried to tell me I owed them money from previously filed taxes even though I had already paid them.
