Recently, someone was trying to hack into my elderly mother’s computer & I called IHS for some quick advice. They immediately helped me!
The staff was very friendly and helpful! Brian, the store manager, was very patient & kind with me when I told him my concerns.We received both a 10% new customer discount & 10% military discount! 😀
I will definitely go there again & again! I will recommend this company to everyone!😊

These people are Clueless. They charge me $60 to tell me I had a bad battery in my computer took over a week and a half to order a new one and when I go pick it up and tell me it was the charger all along and charge an additional 50 bucks .. They are worthless don’t waste your time

I called about a laptop battery replacement and the person who I spoke with didn’t seem very knowledgeable, wasn’t very helpful and she said she was going to get a technician on the phone to help me and then hung up on me. I wouldn’t ever give them my business. Extremely unprofessional and rude!
