I received insurance price lower for my home and the same price for my car insurance. The best part about the home insurance is that I can pay monthly . It’s the same coverage I had prior to State Farm. The last company wanted yearly payments . It’s the holidays and monthly works better for me. She explained the products well to me as well when it came to increasing coverage or decreasing. I didn’t feel like a number. I felt like a real customer with personalized service. “Had a flat tire close to downtown last night. I parked on Broadway and called AAA Roadside Assistance. A few minutes after calling AAA, a very long parade came down Broadway. Danny, who was coming on the big long truck with AAA was the first vehicle behind the parade. He did an excellent job and arrived quickly, even though he had to follow a long parade. Yayyy for Danny!”
