This store needs maybe some younger staff member everyone that works in the order pickup or return section are very rude and grouchy. Everytime I go pick up an online order there is an issue with someone’s attitude. Today an older lady wanted to argue about her being a cashier after she told me to come on up she wasn’t doing anything anyway I told her I read the sign about pick orders and told her you called me over here now you don’t want to assist because you don’t do pickup smh said staffing

I went to a cashier in the jewelry department for help. She was taking her time to assisting me. Dana assisted me . She was very professional and very courteous and I would like to thank her again. I would recommend anyone to go see Dana. 5⭐s for her

I went to pick up an order. Haven't shopping in the store but walked around it was nice and neat. Did not encounter any sales help. The clerk who helped me with my package was nice.

The store itself was well stocked, and I was blown away by some of the sales and special deals they had running.
Had to take off a star for the checkout line being really, really long, but when we got to the front, Latricia Caldwell was really nice to us, so shoutout to Latricia!

I recently visited JCP. I had not been since probably January. I DO NOT like the new store layout. Only one checkout location now. The line was extremely long..Dressing rooms has been closed as well..
The new layout may be more cost effective for the company, but from a customers view it's horrible. The old layout was customer friendly, with more personal attention It was disappointing the suit department was gone.. Men who aren't certain of their sizes, no longer have someone their who specializes in helping choose a suit that fits properly. The optical department is gone All my glasses in the past few years have.come from there.
Penney's no longer lives up to JC Penney's vision. It's turning into another discount store layout

Great visit on my lunch break. I went shopping for few items. I parked in the back to be closer to check out process. To my surprise they move the check out to the middle of the store. To include Pickup and Return all together. The line was long with two cashiers. A few staff members walked down to help! I think ear radios are needed to help cashiers communicate when they need assistance. Overall, I was pleased with my service when the help arrived!!

Not enough cashiers for customers... line was 12 long not counting me. Returns cashier was friendly and professional. Dress code was subpar.

Just shopped at the Columbus GA JC Penny and had the most delightful woman help check us out. Willene was so sweet and just made our day. It’s so nice to know that there are still people like Willene in customer service that care!
