The movers showed up an hour late with a small truck, which meant I had to move somethings myself and even asked my son to help to save time. I don't have experience with moving estimates, but when I booked, they should’ve recommended 3 movers and given a more realistic timeframe.
They did throw blankets over some items. I also received a text—likely from the owner—asking how I planned to pay before the workers arrived which felt unprofessional because they were late.
The only positive was one of the movers, John—he was polite and respectful.

Kevin showed up within 20 minutes and moved my grandma’s belongings quickly and carefully. He wrapped the drawers in plastic wrap so everything was secure and nothing came out of place. The move took less than an hour which is impressive because she had a lot of large items like curio cabinets, tables, dressers, etc. Very kind and fast, and I’d recommend this company to anyone who needs help moving.

I’d give 0 stars if I was able because they never showed up.
They said they had car problems on the way out to our house- totally understandable. However they didn’t tell us they had car problems until after WE called THEM 20 minutes after they were supposed to show up. They said they would send another crew but never specified when. Then they just completely stopped responding to us (and left his read receipts on so we could see him reading our messages). We had to get another company through U-Haul at 8:30 pm that same night.
After we called U-Haul to try to resolve this, the owner/ manager said that we were “so inconsiderate” about their car breaking down and “only cared about our problems.” Cars break down, we understand that. However, we still needed movers to come help us as our entire house was on that truck including our work equipment that was needed the next day and all of our baby’s items. Not to mention, if we had to wait for them to come we would have been charged a late fee for keeping the truck.
Horrible communication, horrible customer service and they never even came to do the job they were supposed to do.

Horrible ripoff of a moving company. Broke a lot of my things and refused to pay for them. This father-son combo should be in jail for fraud. If military, run away... They know you will never be back so they just chuck and duck everything...

Do not use this company. If Uhaul refers them find someone else. I can understand losing screws or bolts, but losing a set of car keys and not taking accountability is out the question. Movers also were very unprofessional and disrespectful.

3 men showed up and made short work of 3 whole bedrooms worth of stuff, packed and loaded within a few hours. Literally a few hours, I wish this same crew was available in my next state.

My husband and I used this company to help us move this weekend not only were they fast, but they extremely professional and they packed everything so neatly on their truck we were amazed. We didn’t have one single scratch on anything! We will definitely be using their services in the future! If you are looking for movers, you should definitely give them a call!

Mr. Furguson's team was very professional, friendly and courteous. They took time to wrap and protect the pieces that need extra care. Everything was well secured, no shifting during our 3-hour drive. I highly recommend. Julie H

These people make up prices as they go. Very unprofessional. I guess they expect you to leave your stuff or they charge you more because the truck they have isn’t big enough. That’s not the customers issue. They told me 3000 them 2500 them 5000 to 4500. They are unorganized and they use Uhaul trucks so it’s better to move yourself with your own friends them argue back and forth about prices.Service: Out-of-county removals

I am extremely disappointed in the services this company provides. The unprofessionalism displayed by this company was a disgrace to the other moving professionals . I would not recommend this handy man to anyone. They arrived late , a worker became irate in front of a child, and an employee took the truck to pick up another employee to take his place on my time and the owner wanted to dock my time frame. This company has no respect for women, unless a man is present. Single ladies do not hire this company.They work slow to bill you extra money and refuse to take responsibility for their bad actions and decisions. The owner need to improve their quality of service or shut down. We paid for bad services and the owner was present and left some of my items behind.
