Thanks to Traneyce (Ms.Shea) in assisting with my return. Went to store 48 where I actually purchased the shoes and the clerk didn't know how to do the return and sent me to store 1093 to complete the return. Request that some type of training on return for all employees at store #48. I shouldn't have to go to another store just for a return as opposed to the actual store I bought it from. Employees just stared at me while I had a shoe in my hand didn’t say anything when I walked in. I had to go to footlocker and find the shoes there.

Good customer service is hard to come by so as someone who has worked in customer service most of my life, I take note when I receive it!! I had no intention on buying shoes from here. I initially wanted to shop at the store next door but they were too packed so we dropped in just to pass time as the other store cleared out but upon entering we were greeted by all associates with smiles and compliments!! We were asked what we were looking for and what size and MAKAYLA went to the back and brought out every single style and size in stock and when those didn't fit she went back and got every shie in the next two sizes up!!! She brought us the disposable socks and offered us the no show socks to go with the type of shoe my daughter wanted!!! She is AMAZING!!! I CANNOT dress it enough!!! I hope she gets recognized for her excellent customer service because she deserves it !!!

Don't carry a good selection of sizes on hand. Also, why are there so many Journeys in the mall? Combine them and let other stores come in. This mall isn't very good due to lack of variety.
