I've been in Kohl's a few times. This time was to buy some sneakers before the trip I was about to go on. It was close to closing time so I think that is why I couldn't find help. I was able to find a pair of shoes that fit after a lot of searching. (Other customers remove boxes from the shelf and just put them anywhere when done, not where they were found.)

Store was dirty, no longer a friendly greeting items purchased will be returned. I thought I was at a discount store rather than the store.

Very disappointed during my visit. Looking for dress shoes, the entire area looked terrible. No one staffing the section, shelves in disarray, and the choices were meager at best. I expected much better.

So when Kohl's switched over to Capital One there did it very lousy if you paid your account didn't go to Capital One it went to cyberspace with Kohl's nobody can seem to figure it out they're always over zealous as far as phone calls nobody seems to be able to help or can swap a payment from one place that shouldn't have taken the payment to the place that it goes and they own the payments usually you can get money overnight thousands of dollars but this is taking almost 3 weeks and still hasn't been put we're supposed to be their letters said nothing about change of payment and how to do it very upset with Kohl's very upset with Capital One after this is over hope to never deal with either

The worst customer service I have ever had. I was waiting in line to purchase a Morrocanoil gift box with three items. I opened the box. The cashier, a young lady with long dark hair, stopped ringing up the customer in front of me and said in the rudest of tones, “Don’t open the boxes.” I said I was looking to make sure everything was in there. She replied, “Everything would be in there if people didn’t open the boxes.” Unacceptable way to treat a now former customer.

It's becoming next to impossible to know the price of an item, signs don't work on top of each rack. Using the app or the website still can't get the price of an item. Then stand in line for 15 minutes to get a price. Why were all the price checking devices removed?

There were ladies at the register to greet me when I came in, but I went to the accessory dept, there was no attendants to answer questions anywhere! When I went to check out I asked the attendant about the Stone handbags I had seen online but not in the store. She told me the store was selling the present stock and not going to carry that line anymore. That is one of the things that brings me in the store. I looked at your lingerie, there was nothing there a young woman would want to wear, therefore no need to go there looking for that anymore. There are many other items missing that I used to go there for. Your store really doesn't have much to draw me in anymore. I bought some belts and thought, i sure wish I could find more.
